Runrig has made so many superb music that it's difficult to define which is the most beautiful title, Donnie Munro was one of the very good singers of the group runrig
I was watching some of the Runrig documentary and you forget how good a voice Donnie Munro has, great performer as well. One of my favourite tracks of the EP. I forgot there were two Fifers in the band as well.
So good a song that I named my council house harvest moon, I went to wick local office counter last week in caithness and i was told by a beautiful blonde council office staff counter lass that i was not allowed to name my council house harvest moon because they own my house, not me, any chance i can get some followers on here to help me petition the highland council in the highlands to let any council housers have permission to name their rented flat, combo, maisonette, homeless room, tent in a park, 3 bedroom palace, etc, etc, whatever we want to name our place of peace, not changing the address, just adding in a new address line above the bog standard council cardboard box whatever, us on the hamster wheel pay all their wages, so respect is due to all of us whatever wheel we are on, i have followed runrig music from the very first album play gaelic when being a dj, walked into a Mackenzie house in Altandhu, the house just built, there was amazing gaelic singing around the newly installed kitchen table, the rest is history
Just do it mate, we did when we lived in East London, but dozy Newham Council knew nothing about it, or rather didnt care, but they are twerps anyway. They actullay put lemonade in their whiskey ( cissy Newham Council drink) Just name your house whatever you want, mate, all councils are the blooming same Well me and my gorgeous husband bought our house in Dumfries and Galloway and named it Mayflower, after the place where I worked and was very very happy. My husband is Scots by the way and local. I would back you all the way, as a true cockney.
