If he is on a RUclips channel I doubt he is recording himself which means there is someone close to the situation that knows much more than us putting this online. He obviously has a great sense of humor and is touching a lot of kids' lives in a positive way which is much more than most RUclips keyboard commandos do. All 4 of my kids played sports and I coached or helped coach many times over the years. Believe me parents are envolved with what happens in league sports.
