OF course, no one remembers the aftermath of that Duke-Miami return for a TD. After ten minutes of replay inaction, the on-field officials ruled it a TD. A week later, the ACC office said that the refs erred (primarily in using replay to reverse the "block-in-the-back" penalty, for which replay isn't allowed, but also admitting that a Miami player with the ball was down at one point) and suspended the crew for a game.
It only happened because the refs called a non-existent offside penalty against GA's Tyler Simmons that negated a blocked punt, giving Bama a first down and keeping them alive in regulation time. Google it and you see that the head referee admitted not only that GA was not offside, but also that he himself missed a false start cal against the Bama blocking backs on that play deep in Bama's own territory.

The old school big game ending is just perfect, band on the field and everything
Ummmm… does 8:45 remind anyone of something or is it just me?
Chiefs Super Bowl
The voice crack he had 💀5:47
Ge-!🗣️🔥
The first time a single highlight made a football player go 1st 🤣
2:53 Best defensive play off all time
Clemson's "pick play" made it, but John Metchie's hit on that Florida defender shouldve been there as well.
That GT block on FSU was icing on the cake. That game was so frustrating to watch as a FSU fan.
Whoever put this reel together sure hates FSU and Alabama💯
What a sickening game, that hurt!!! Jimbo checked out😂😂
@@StanleyNewman-bk9bh all the way out. He knew what was up after that atrocity.
Stop saying "all time" when you mean the past 20 years. Hail Flutie has got to be the #1 most viewed play ever.
If not the cal Stanford game with the band on the field
The Vince Young touchdown run gives me chills every time
OU vs Boise State Fiesta Bowl was one of the most extraordinary spectacles in the history of football. Zebransky didn’t make it in the NFL, but EA put him the jacket of NCAA Football for that Bowl performance. Adrian Peterson had a pretty pedestrian day, but he did a little better in the NFL. 😉
The best part about the GT field goal block return TD is that the guy who returned it ran into the end zone with his twin brother. 20 and 17 lance and Lawrence Austin. Also one of them is the guy who knocks his teammate out in 2 TMZ videos lol
Nice job never showing the play in the thumbnail
3:37 was THE best sports moment I got to witness live in my life
You are missing Johnny Rodgers punt return against Oklahoma in 1971. It was the deciding play in the Game of the Century and Sports Illustrated called it the greatest football play in the 20th century.
