Listened to Krauss a few times in various venues. Thank you. Two clarifications: 1. He said he eats cereal *without* low fat milk? Is that correct? Full fat milk? I assume that is based on his belief the evidence shows that reducing some dairy fat intake can raise heart disease. But it seems like that milk wouldn't be fermented, which kind of conflicts (somewhat) with his view that cheese and other dairy sources are healthy. and 2. He said he eats an egg every other day. Is that *instead* of his normal Fiber One cereal routine or in addition to it?
