I just bought a 2021 Jeep Compass limited Edition 4x4 with 5000 miles on it Velet Red Exterior,Black White Leather Interior, Going tonput a 4 inch lift,31 inch tires,And definitely A Tune.
I had no issued post install. I got it aligned a few days after. I had the lift in for about 2 years before I upgraded to the Grand Cherokee trail hawk
I’m about to put this on my compass but my kit didn’t come with any charcoal canister brackets like the instructions say. I didn’t see you mess with them in your video, are the brackets not needed?
So I just finished same lift I my wife’s compass,ran into 2 problems I went with 245/65/17 in stock wheel and they rub with need 1.5” spacers hub centric to keep tires from rubbing shock mountsand also I can’t align it at show kit did not come with camber kit my wheels and factory tires are a off a lot will need to order a camber bolt kit with plates did you have this problem
I did not need a spacer with the wheel and tire combo I used. I literally bolted this kit on then purchased some new wild peak tires for the stock wheels
Nice thanks buddy, did you jump to bigger tire size? I did 245/65/17 stick wheel and was rite on the shock mounts kissing them to close for comfort so I preferred spacers and then aligned shop said they couldn’t bc of lift I would need camber bolts

Looks good. Thanks for the informational video. But did you have to trim the skid plate like manufacturer instructions?
I saw that in the instructions they said skid plate had to be cut. I did NOT have to cut mine. Everything fit great

You do not need to change the wheel and tires when you lift your jeep. It should work perfectly fine

It drives the same but you do need an alignment after it’s installed
What size tires can I go up to with this lift?
I think a 235/60/17 without using a spacer.
What is the highest lift you can go for this car ?
