A rough explanation, hair grows in cycles of three months, so if you took a blood test, had low iron and took a relevant dose, in three months you can see regrowth as long as you are diligent in taking the iron. You can buy iron supplements but it is worth checking levels to get a medicinal dose and check you dont overdose.

I’m so sorry, I really do know how this feels. I had 90% of my hair fallout when I was 27, and it evaporated every last bit of any self confidence I had once had.

@@manikyum I was experiencing organ failure. I was in Mayo Clinic, receiving dialysis until my kidney was available, and I swear to you, I would see my long hair flying thru the room. I just thought, well yeah, I’ve been on my back for weeks, no brushing really, maybe a couple of showers at this point.
I got out eventually and all my specialists kept telling me I was lucky to be alive. I kept asking about my hair, which was at that point maybe 50% gone. Someone finally looked me in the eyes and said it’s coming out full cycle. You are just so lucky to be alive!
Ugh, of course it broke my heart and sent me down a tailspin of everything dark. It came back, and this is 15 years later…it doesn’t grow as long anymore and it’s legit maybe 45% as thick as it once was. For anyone, female or male, that’s tragic. It’s all a matter of perspective, but it was hard to stay up at times.

If I may ask, In these 15 years did you have issues with your transplanted kidney? Are you on meds for maintenance?
@@manikyum When I was in Mayo Clinic Scottsdale, the dialysis I received ended up being enough to get my kidneys working again on their own. Later I did have to get a colostomy done for Crohn’s Disease and a total hysterectomy for Endometriosis, so having all those health issues seemed to be the culprit to my losing my hair. It still is such a mystery but it was so awful. I might have been vain or something but I truly loved my hair. Anyway, it’s just another chapter of something I survived that I don’t wish on anyone. ♥️

I just went through this myself. I was born with hypothyroidism and suffered hair thinning since my teens. Also all the men in my family on both sides were bald by time they were 30. I knew the day was inevitable. After years of trying different styles to attempt hiding my scalp, I finally woke up and decided to just take it all off. It helps having a girlfriend who continues finding me attractive and not having to avoid my reflection anymore. I'm still getting used to being bald, but it's making me feel so much better not having anxiety about showering and finding millions of hairs on my hand anymore. Be true to yourself.

Actually just did this a few days ago not all the way down to the skin but close. Starting having my hair turn grey as a kid, long thick hair up till i was 25. Think part of the rapid hair loss had to do with the extreme stress i went through over the past 4 years, and seeing my hair quickly get thinner every month really wore on my mental state until i got to the point said screw it and to the clippers to it. To be honest really is a liberating feeling i wasnt expecting but made all the difference, cheers to you man for taking the leap as well

I purposely razored my head from when I was in middle to college, and on a dare my friends ordered me to not shave for 2 years. My hair grew out as long as yours, and it was luscious and I loved it. Shaving it after two years was liberating and regretful but easy to grow back. I ended up making the pledge grow for 12 months, razor for 3, then repeat. Everyone is awesome at being bald. ❤❤❤

I am a woman with hypothyroidism. My hair thinning out was a losing battle so in my forties I shaved the whole thing off. Now it is just a part of what makes me, me, and I LOVE how low maintenance a shaved head is. No shame to do what you need to do.
This is exactly my situation. Along with other clues/side effects… I went to the doctor and asked her to test me for thyroid disease. The day after they drew blood, she called me back with the results and told me my thyroid numbers were so off, it explained every single thing that was going wrong with my body. Luckily, between the thyroid meds, finasteride, and minoxidil, all of my hair grew back. It grew back red in some places and a darker brown than my normal brown in other places. But as a bonus, I no longer have any gray hair. Weird, right?
I think this guy could grow all of his hair back because he’s so young and he would respond to those two medication‘s really well I think.

Try medication I’m taking minoxidil and dustrasteride. Seek a professional hair doctor don’t give up love. I know how you feel but it’s really working for me.. plus two or three cups of matcha Japanese green tea a day. Lots of fresh fruit vegetables and exercise no alcohol smoking. It works but you have to be patient. Go see a professional I wish I had done it ages ago. It’s only $100 dollars conslot fee it’s worth speaking to a professional. Hope this helps

I had a friend with thinning hair that held off shaving his head for years. It always looks so much better. No one thinks a shaved head will suit them until they do it. You look great!
If you want to regrow, try minoxidil,take biotin, folic acid and be patient. Minoxidil may take months, so dont give up. And you must use it EVERY DAY, OR THE NEW GROWTH😊 will fall out. Whatever you decide is best for you. I also suggest eating much more of the COLORFUL fruits and veggies, and less fried foods, the oils they use ( like fry o later)😊 have lots of chemicals in the processing. You look good, hope you feel better 😊😊😊

Rosemary!! 5 sprigs fresh rosemary (or more!)
Fresh mint (optional)
X 1 cup Whole Cloves
5 cups filtered water.
Boil rosemary and cloves stems for 15 minutes in filtered water
Add mint if you have them, but they are optional [for smell]
Let it cool for 30 minutes/ I let it cool over night till the liquid is dark.
Strain the liquid the next day through a fine mesh strainer once it’s cooled
Put some in a spray bottle and spray yoo the roots while massaging hair, and put the extra into storage containers for the freezer.
I've seen new baby hair grow out in just a month of using, yet to see how the thickness will be but 6months should be a good result. So I'm hoping!
