    The rope is very similar to calisthenics as in it looks super simple and easy to do yet, when you try it yourself you realise it takes A LOT of time and skill to even master the basics.
    Great video as always.

    Beautiful & hypnotic to watch, guys, & enlightening to hear the discussion. Even with my beginning & awkward efforts, & too-light el-cheapo rope, it feels kind of like the rope pulls the movement along, or draws it out of me.. I imagine this is more pronounced with heavier rope. It might be interesting at some point to see comparative/or developmental videos shot directly from the same angles, of Tim, say, & someone learning, with perhaps close ups &/or slow motion with voice over breakdowns of the movements &/or details.

    AHH man this IS addictive. I'm currently stuck on the underhand sneak, I've also catch the rope on the back of my heel a few times from the dragon roll so need to adjust that.
    I just want to get to the movement sequences but far from that yet...just getting in the practice daily

      He does and it doesn't matter. Gorillas, orangutans all have it. Tribespeople of Africa, South America, you name it.

    What thickness rope should I get?

    • @rahulkakaiya5577
      @rahulkakaiya5577 4 года назад +1

      Definitely start with the original (smaller) rope and then move up once you've got a good grasp on the basics

    • @TimShieff
      @TimShieff 4 года назад +1

      yea start with the smaller rope to begin it can be quite taxing on dormant muscles

    • @Blessup13
      @Blessup13 4 года назад

      'The' smaller rope? Do I not just buy a rope and cut to size?
