We could make use of great leadership, content creators, software developers, DevOps Engineers, influencers etc ... , totally by being non-profit and purely with the love of building the nation to push forward,
If we don't organise, optimise, make ease of UX and digitalise all services of government under one platform, we don't have near accurate data to compare the performance with all great governance around the world,

All these things are highly relevant and something we should be asking ourselves, especially the government. Like Santhosh George kulangara once said, we need leaders who are visionary, who can think ahead rather than playing petty politics based on religion. The gaps for disruption is shrinking, it used to be 10-20 years, now it's less than 3 years. We also need to have a sustainable economy which is futuristic enough to caters the billion population in India. I liked the example of Neom project and clubbing all these relevant issues on a single thread. One new subscriber :)

More than a financial challenge there is an engineering feasibility challenge when it comes to line, so they will fast track for 2.5 KM and will assess the success and future of the project and then they will invite investors to complete this project in parallel. But yes this will take a great deal of time.
I am currently working on this project and presently they are focusing on the spine rail network and the excavation works are progressing and they have held the works on coastal desert east areas but coastal desert west is still ongoing and it might be put on hold if they reallocate the budget to other fast track projects.
