A piece of (lemon) cake

Delicious lemon cake and the most flavoured home-made lemonade you'll ever taste.Enjoy!!!
INGREDIENTS
Cake batter:
-100 gr butter
-50 gr olive oil
-120 gr sugar
-4 eggs
-70 gr freshly squeezed lemon juice
-40 gr water
-160 gr yogurt
-425 self raising flour or all purpose flour combined with 20 gr baking
powder
Bake for 50 min,fan ,at 170 degrees
When it's ready,set aside to cool for 30 min before you sprinkle with icing sugar and cinnamon.Decorate with the lemon peels.
HOME-MADE LEMONADE
Syrup:
-500 gr sugar
-160 gr water
-lemon peels of 2 or 3 lemons
After it comes to the boiling point,continue boiling for 5 more minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Strain the syrup into the lemon juice.Include the lemon peels to get all the lemony flavour you can.
Store in fridge.
A GLASS WITH HOME-MADE LEMONADE
In your glass add:
1 part of lemon syrup :2-3 parts of water
The amount of water you will add depends on how sweet or sour you prefer your lemonade to be.
