Don’t forget “no bake” as if it doesn’t need cooking.
The lemon slurry only requires 3-4 minutes to cook and whipping the cream a minute.

Thats lemon pudding. Lemon curd is actually made with egg yolk.
That's not how you make lemon curd though... it only looks like it. However, it can be used as a substitute for those who do not eat egg. I personally feel this is a quicker and easier recipe but lacking the nutrients that egg provides.

I did change up the recipe to a healthier version though. My husband said it was incredible. I used 1/3 coconut sugar instead of 2/3 white sugar and whipped up coconut cream instead of cream. Lemon and coconut marry beautifully together!

Mix well and let sit until cool of (cover up with clear wrap)
mix well;
Part 2.
• Whipping cream - 1 cup (250 grams)
sugar 1/4 cup
mix well.
add the part 1 and mix well
This recipe also works with non dairy whipping creams like Schlagfix or Meggle cream decor.
They can be freezed too to make ice lollies 😊

Looks simple, looks delicious, looks easy, and looks like about 30 to 45 minutes of prep and cooking. So why lie in the title and state it takes 5 minutes? That's the major complaint.

Then she should not title it "Creamy lemon mousse in 5 minutrs". That makes me irate when people do that, and then proceed to cook, cool, whip, whip again, pipe, etc. It takes at least 1 hour. Dont put a time on it, just advertise it as a nice dessert to make.

Just made and tasted this. It is really yummy and very lemony. Decided to add graham cracker crumbs on the bottom and made a middle layer of whipped cream as well as on top. Definitely fun to make!

Back in the 50s, my grandmother made her filling for her lemon meringue pies this same way. Cooked on the stove top, the plastic to prevent a film ...oh what great memories. This mousse looks delicious. Gonna have to make this!

You should try measuring by weight and quit using volume. It's easier and the only way to get consistent results.
