    Wafer is the release of the English word Wafer. It is light and crunchy. The surface is covered with small squares. The taste is very different from other creamy cookies. In fact, wafers are simple biscuits. They use starch (tapioca flour or potato flour) and water as the main materials. They have no fat and low calories. They are suitable for gluten-sensitive or low-sugar and low-oil friends. It is a pity that the wafers sold in the market have sweet fillings in the middle, such as artificially flavored buttercream and chocolate. The fat content is very high, and it is not easy to notice if you eat too much.
    Home-made wafers turned out to be quite simple. With just one egg roll mold and simple ingredients, you can make delicious biscuits without additives. Wafers made of fat diced with hazelnut powder added to add aroma and nutrition. The filling is sandwiched with homemade freshly ground peanut butter. The nutritional value of peanuts is comparable to eggs, milk and meat. It is delicious and filling.

      杏仁粉可以讓餅乾的口感更好
      天然的杏仁和巿售的杏仁香精不同
      這配方杏仁比例不多
      不會吃到重杏仁味道

      琦緯 這邊的杏仁應該是指巴彈旦木吧
      就是做馬卡龍的那種杏仁粉
      不是杏仁茶那種杏仁
      巴旦木沒有那種味道
