    Guys... The thing is you can use rice flour 🌾 instead of all purpose flour (maida) it will be more convenient and healthy option...❤

    I tried it today, works really well, don't put too much thin batter, it will tear up, just put a lil thick just a bit more

    1 Cup of all-purpose flour 1/2 Teaspoon salt - Mix well. Then add 1 cup of water in slowly in small portions, Mix well until paste. Add in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix well then add into sieve to remove lumps. Add a CUP of batter to a no-heating pan and spread it evenly. Put the pan over a steamed pot. Cook for 44-55 seconds. You can use Brown rice flour to make it healthier. Make sure you don't make the batter too thin or it will break. don't cook too long or will get hard. I made an Asian pizza with this :)))

    How to re use the harden sheets later to wrap spring rolls? I mean how to soften them again? So that i can fold them and use it as a wrapper

      You're right, looks like all purpose flour. Also, the name she mentioned in the video - 'Maida', means all purpose flour. 👍🏻
