Mix well then add into sieve to remove lumps. Add a CUP of batter to a no-heating pan and spread it evenly. Put the pan over a steamed pot. Cook for 44-55 seconds. You can use Brown rice flour to make it healthier. Make sure you don't make the batter too thin or it will break. don't cook too long or will get hard. I made an Asian pizza with this :)))
