Hello Maam! I was diagnosed with PCOS hust last month and my worst symptoms is my acne flare ups. I’m having a struggle regarding with food intake. Because i am also taking Isotretinoin for my acne while taking pills for my PCOS. And there has to be a disparity of food to take with.

Great info thank you but do you have any vegan options for snacks. I’m aware people will disagree with being vegan and pcos but I tried to eat eggs and it really made me unwell. I would never eat fish, meat or dairy so just wondering what’s good to increase my protein. I just did your workout too, Thank you 😊

It depends on how large your meals are and what your goals are. The number of times you eat in a day is not as important as how many carbs fats and proteins you consume in total. So make sure your totals for the day make sense for your goals.
