This amount of protein is basically a minimum amount for an adult.
What made a difference in my life, not only that, I followed a protein diet, I eat around 90 to 100 of protein.
1.4 x healthy BMI reference weight.
After 2 months, my hormone levels decreased significantly, others went into the reference range.
I consumed the amount you said in the video, it never helped me much.
A small change to increase protein, improve hormone levels.
I'm following a basically protein diet and I mix it with some vegetables, then I'll go more low-carb

I weigh 62kg and have around 33% body fat. Can you help me calculate how much protein I need to eat (I’ve started doing fitness)

Hello! I'm so happy to have come across your channel! So I have a LOT of weight to lose and am having a hard time getting in enough protien. Any suggestions?

Switch to high-protein veggies and grains, and try adding a protein shake as a snack.

I know nuts are a good source of protein, but should I be worried about the fat content? I’m eating a whole food diet with low carbs (just started)

tofu and tempeh is not dairy but are soy products which may interfere with your thyroid meds!

Yes if you have a thyroid issue talk to your Doc about soy.

I would appreciate if you answer this question which is am i allowed to have protein whey to build more muscles 💪 or it is bad?!

Its not my first choice for protein powder because its insulin stimulating. That said there is no hard or fast rule here. There’s no research on protein powders and PCOS. So if you are taking away and getting a good result, I wouldn’t worry too much.

Is it .7×s current weight or goal weight? 😆

If you have a significant amount of weight to lose, you could do 1-.1.5 g per pound of fat-free mass. 1.5 X (weight * 1-body fat %) So if you weigh 200 pounds and have 40% body fat and 60% fat-free mass, you'd need 120-180 grams of protein.
      1.5x (200 * 60%)
