So happy no one got hurt. Looks like most of those driving responded very well and that guy up front was already ready to help out that truck driver. Everyone be safe and take care of each other 🌻
It already is kinda like one just not marked I mean he saw it made a judgement to take the dirt and ironically I don't think he damaged his truck at all im honestly glad that he was able to keep control and get it stopped that shit is honestly pretty scary
No. It’s the person FILMING who quickly started holding up traffic, because at that point they were busy filming instead of driving, which in itself creates another hazard. Semi truck was already well secured off the side of the road. Even at the start, camera person is casually driving in the dust beside the truck as if there’s no imminent danger to him, whispers “this is good” to himself, indicating his mind was now concerned more with filming than driving.
@@rbfclaboratoryandstudio That other car was driving way too fast, should've slowed down. When you are passing a stopped vehicle, you are supposed to move over or slow down.
@@proletariennenaturiste I’m all for safe, responsible driving, but there are times when excessive slowing down (or slow driving in general) creates opportunities for new collisions. The car filming here almost comes to a full stop himself just watching the thing unfold. So let’s be honest, is this person focused more on driving or filming?
We need more ramps if someone loses there brakes its not there fault and we to change laws on if your brakes go out !! People need a area to go be its so terrible that feeling i know it well my brakes went out 3 time my worst fear and I stayed clam and put the car in n and took foot off gas and held the e brake until I slowed down enough and slammed it into park and turned of the car but its terrifying!!
Very glad no one wasn't hurt and the driver done a great job getting it down safely without major accident maybe change of underwear for sure great job keeping the vehicles back
How can you tell that that’s a Texas driver. I agree that we haul butt down the highway and that our 7% grades are generally straight so we don’t have to worry about turns but I can’t see how you can tell that that’s a Texas driver
You've never drive a semi truck have you? You can't downshift a truck like these like you can a car, the transmissions aren't synchronized like a cars are.
How do you know they didn't downshift? If that truck was full runaway and out of gear it likely would have been going much faster and that shoulder wouldn't have done anything besides wreck out at high speed.
Attempt a downshift with one of those big non-synchronized transmissions at a bad time on those hills and you'll end up out of gear barreling down the highway at 100+
And that's the way it should be done. The driver did a good job.

Someone should tell CDOT this driver found a good spot for a runaway ramp.

He got his flip-flop stuck in the steering wheel! True story 😮
217K subscribers and they can’t get a staff member to spell loses correctly. LOL.
That driver did that!!!! Amazing
*loses-NOT “looses”
Glad to see all the other driver's help him
Then u got that stupid car at the end that just comes flying by in the right lane. Cars cause more problems out here than Trucks!
Yup!

"Put the car in n", should instead, put it in low gear in addition to e-brake.

Be like the truck driver in the story and also lose something, the additional “ O “ in the title.
Wheres the police literally recording yourself driving a big distraction you can kill ppl like that
Texas drivers get in over their heads in Colorado highways and steep grades.

Pull over n help the poor soul, nawh film it
Drivers did.
These sort of comments show the stupidity of the people making them.
Put ur flashers on😂 that made me cringe
The other drivers also had their hazards on.
Has he heard of downshifting
Unless you have your CDL, it's best to keep your snooty comments to yourself.

Probably an automatic...can the autos be downshifted?
