This concert, this intro, and Adrian Smith's stance made me buying an electric guitar 13 years ago. I never stopped playing since. Even if I don't listen to heavy stuff so much now, I'll always be grateful. Thank you guys !!
Me too! No joke a friend loaned me this DVD and when I turned it on I'm convinced thats the moment my balls dropped. I begged my parents for a guitar that year for christmas and being the kickass parents they are they managed to get me one.
Agreed I firmly believe maiden were in their prime here. The 3 guitars, years of experience playing live shows and being completely cohesive, Bruce's voice aged aged and refined like a fine wine and also his stage performance honed perfectly. And then the amazing selection of songs which basically depicted the theme of the tour so perfectly. I truely think this concert is a masterpiece

I saw them for the first time last year, and the energy felt just like it does when I watch this show. They may be older and more grey, but they still put on a show as good as any touring band out there!
I remember when I bought this DVD I watched it over and over!! Good old days!! And of course I'm blessed that I had the chance to see them live back in 2007 in Bulgaria!! Best band ever!!!

Brave New World was their comeback album. I love Virtual XI and X Factor, and of course Blaze Bayley brought a deeper sound, you cannot replace Bruce's vocals or Adrian's heavenly guitar. It cannot be understated how amazing Brave New World was as an album. With a few seconds, Adrian's intro loudly proclaimed Iron Maiden was back. I must have worn out my CD and watched this DVD hundreds of times. Up the Irons!!!!
