BWCAW 2013

This video is from our trip to Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCAW) in Ely, Minnesota. This was our first trip here and we hope to be back year after year. On August 9th, 2013 we made the 20 hour drive from Birmingham, AL. Our first day we put in at entry point 84 on the Snake River. We ended up camping our first night on Bald Eagle Lake. We originally planned on staying 2 nights in a row here but the mosquitoes were so bad at camp that we decided to try our luck and move on to the next spot. We spent the next 2 nights at Gabbro Lake where we had an amazing view with very few bugs. Our last night was spent up high on an island on the Kawishiwi River. We had a great place for cliff jumping here. Music is by Slow Dancing Society and Startle the Heavens (My Music).
