Honestly Ridder was bad but I blame Arthur Smith more than Des , Des had the potential to be good .

It was the rezone fumbles that were unexcusable. Also throwing into triple coverage a bunch doesn't help either.

He has no potential at all. His arm is weak, and he throws into 3 coverage.

Ridder had moments of brilliance. He may not have been the guy, but we were also asking a rookie to be a starter, very rare any rookie QB plays well. I also put much blame on Smith
You know you have a rookie qB, you have a 2 great backs, why not hand it off a LOT.
I think Smith, being a smart guy, overthought things and missed opportunities to win by being too cute and not handing it off to a couple stud runners.

Ridder was the most consistent the record says it all. Please dispute the record or make up some more lying garbage to protect Arthur Smith and now Raheem Morris who both love to throw players under the bus and step on the them publically. So the players on this team have zero loyalty and the even more sad event is their letting Tori still interview people when she enjoyed bad mouthing Ridder every interview in the combine are you kidding absolute horse shot.

      Ridder didn’t have bad numbers.
His misfortune was being forced to be a starter as a rookie, then being held to an unrealistic expectation, being led by a rookie HC who’d never been a. HC and contributed much to the losing records. I don’t put it on Ridder at all and whomever does hasn’t looked at the situation as a detached observer.
I hope Ridder has a great career. He has a great many skills.
Relying on a roomie QB to win games himself is idiotic. Why not involve rhe 2 good backs you have. Develop plays where Ridder doesn’t have to be the man year 1 & 2.
      Just ridiculous.
