Didn’t know George bush knew football!
Underrated comment 😂
Everyone knows 🏈
no but he knows how to produce an offense
Jay Gruden sounds like a mix between his brother and David Lynch
Those Ohians have a certain accent. Add more gruff, and you have Macho Man
I’m not a world class athlete but did play good in high school ball.
This reminds me of a great JV player that steps into varsity and immediately gets brought back to reality. This was in 99-02, and the size difference in the two teams was noticeable.
Bryce is a JV guy trying to play varsity.
And Bryce’s best super power in college was playing for Bama…
Jay knows QB's...when people were bitching about him destroying RG3 by running him too much and not letting him stay in the pocket and throw he candidly replied that if RG3 couldn't scare the defense with his legs that bad things happened when he threw from the pocket, so if they wanted to win games they had to run him.
The QB position is totally different in the NFL from college
This. Look at Zach Wilson, Tre Lance, Josh Rosen, Mitch Trubisky, etc.
@@PhilAndersonOutsideTrubisky is the best one out of all of them too
Tepper wanted to draft a small quarterback and made Bryce one of the worst picks in the NFL.
This man heard he soft spoken and could articulate himself and thought he was the right pick! Instead of drafting off accuracy, arm strength, size, and Athleticism! So frustrating! Everyone knew Stroud was the right pick! This is why owners should focus on business and leave the football minds to make the decisions!
@@CJ-wc5lb You are right. Bears fell in love with Trubisky partly because he drove his grandmothers car. Idiots.
He sounds like somebody doing a parody of John gruden
Bust Young
Bryce Bunz
I truly wanted to see Bryce work out. Rooted for the guy from day one and trusted the previous regime's decision making process when drafting him. If something doesn't click this Sunday against the Chargers, then it's gonna be game over for Young. Canales should be thinking about putting Dalton in mid-game if Young struggles in the first half.
Why in the hell would you put Dalton in? That is just dumb
In a perfect scenario Dalton would've started last year and Young would've been watching and learning. I want him to succeed too but it looks as though he's been set up to fail. Lord knows I want the whole team to get it together this Sunday and if they don't win at least be competitive.
Love how honest and straight Jay is.
Frank and the coaches last year didn’t draft him either and they were pissed
Its not the roster, its not the coaching. Its Practice Squad Bryce. You don't build around a QB who can't even see the field properly.
It is the roster, and it is coaching. Nobody is winning with this trash roster. Mahomes, Burrow, Lamar and Allen couldn’t carry this pathetic excuse for a team.
It IS the roster. We don’t have a good roster enough to keep us in games if the QB struggles. Plus he’s had the least rushes by defenses this yr so far. They want him to throw and he can’t.
Jay is wired to answe questions like a coach at a podium. He gets in so much information in such a short amount of time. He's almost to polished for the podcast format.
You can let the takes breath now Coach! 😂
Great chat
If he was somewhere like Miami they would be more dangerous than they r now
Ok Jay Gruden dropped some gems 💎
That's why he was fired as a coach in Washington.
Jay sounds like Jon Gruden and Mel Kiper
Like hearing you both and Gruden. Interesting stuff.
Bryce is a bust. He's too small. He has no arm talent, nor does he appear accurate now. His decision making isn't fast enough. He can run, but would you trust that with the headhunters trying to run him over. His footwork isn't great. And when have you seen him say, or do, anything to motivate his teammates?? He's not a natural leader. They missed on the pick.
Plus his accuracy is off because of his height but still can't wait to see how the bad QB respond week 2
So sad when people try to make a pro football player out of somebody who simply doesn't measure up.
Two worst Owners in the NFL - Panthers and Browns
They are rushing bryce just because u over draft someone, doesn't mean that u need to double down on that mistake, they need to sit Bryce for 2 to 3 years put him on a nutrition and weightlifting program, for him to put on 20 to 25 lb and teach him the game and after doing that u can give him the opportunity to start then.
Part of it is they saw the first year success of CJ Stroud and assumed Young would do the same thing. Impossible
Beware of a QB from Bama.
I thought this was common knowledge.
the biggest thing with bryce and someone finally made it the main reason its the only reason hes too SMALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I always try to eyeball Sam’s rugby jerseys but sometimes the resolution is a bit lacking. You guys should do a little rugby, especially during the 6N.
was wondering why yall weren’t on PFF !
Bring Jon Gruden on here too lol
Mane yall put some respect on Carolina facts ..Bryce 🗑️ rn bc he wasnt ready from the beginning he should've sit for a yr
Bryce throws off his tippy toes
How many Bama QBs have been drafted high because of how stacked their roster used to be? Damn near anybody will look good running a vastly superior offense.
Cam Newton can just come bk n retire
No mention of CJ Stroud?
They don't want to go down that road. They tried dragging CJ through the mud during the draft process whenever they compared him to Bryce. They sucked Bryce off so much and basically stopped short of saying if Btyce was an inch or two taller, he would already be playing like a Hall of Famer from day one. They simply don't want to have to keep eating their words, basically so will avoid CJ name whenever they can if Bryce name is brought up.
Pretty sure I’m going to stop watching/ listening to these two if they cant stop sounding like they’ve been watching football for the last two years.
Bryce Dung
Walker Anthony Taylor Amy Davis Maria
Isn’t CJ a second year QB?
Well Cj is a far gone conclusion being elite. No need to break him down
@@paul19519 *Foregone.
Why Anyone would listen to this guy is baffling 😂😂
bryce young at alabama was no where near better than tua in college lmao… Tuas always been an elite drew brees type qb
But but but he’s 1/1 mentally, isn’t that what everybody said ;)
Exactly. Tua just had that horrible injury that took away a lot of his zip on throws. He used to be able to rail throws 50 yards down the field. Now he lofts everything. Its sad tbh.
Where they turn is Andy Dalton if they want to win any games.
tepper is a great owner
😂 if your in the division against Carolina, then yes!
Tepper's burner account
i guess I should have put the /s 😂
Love it that it’s still everyone else’s fault that Bryce sucks.
They’re not even saying that lmao
@@DaCrazyRooster15 yes that exactly what Groudon said. Line not giving him time receivers not got separation. Yet Carr hit receivers that had no separation and he had defender in his face a lot too. To me it bullshit.
Looks confused coached confused
PFF
Bryce young is just Charlie ward if he entered the league
