On a civil matter.never let a baliff into your home they can only enter peacefully is if the doors unlocked or you allow them in.keep all windows and doors locked.if you have a car valued over £1300 hide your car in a locked garage or on a neighbour's drive, they can't legally clamp your vehicle on private land ie neighbours or family property.if illegally clamped tell the baliff he has no legal jurisdiction and give him 2 hours from the time of the call to come remove the clamp.if he doesn't,you can legally remove the clamp by any means possible, and you can charge a fee for its return.know your rights and fight back..civil debts only.never ever give your name.give the name take the blame.
There is clearly a need for bailiffs because of people who deliberately fail to pay for things, but the way they quite deliberately drive down people who are *genuinely* already struggling financially into more and more debt is obscene.
That’s the issue with bailiffs, some can be wicked! My sister let them in peacefully and she wasn’t even a debtor, even with evidence. They demanded she pay £500 there and then or they seize her goods. She paid the only £500 she had in her account. “She opened her door and let them in.” If she had anything to hide she wouldn’t have. They didn’t care. She didn’t know her rights!

Legal thieving.
I had a bailiff ring my mobile phone number for 10 hours nonstop until I eventually hung up.
Excellent video's
