Ramming was always the intended purpose for the clipper. This is an old clip of me in a larger engagement, (from enemy point of view) bashing people in a Clipper, back when turning shield boosters off and on again was instant, meaning you could get your shields back up pretty damn fast. ruclips.net/video/uWje7voCXGg/видео.html

Every time i think i understand how this game works someone builds a ship far beyond anything i thought even remotely possible. How in the cheese do you manage that much shield? 🤪🤔

6A prismatics, 4x heavy duty boosters and a 7B cell bank. ends up with 1.8k in the shield and 3k in the bank

A rated lifesupport? B sensors? 1100 is heavvvyyyy.

@@Sir-Complains-a-Lot Yeah i should have made it more clear in the video that its total shield. yup awful thermal res, incin on the 2 large frags, 1 corrosive, 1 drag on the others. both sensors and life support are B rated with reinforced/long range for the mass, i also had a B rated power plant before but it got a little too spicy haha
