@@foxbat473 Interestingly, some of or most of the people building these homes are working class . Normally these are middle class homes, these are your new Mbares, Mufakoses and Highfields. The Spartan interiors will be upgraded.

As always Mr Zim very informative and great aerial views. The concern would be Harare city council can barely maintain existing infrastructure, how will they cope with these sprawling suburbs....there doesn't seem to be a cohesive town planning strategy.

Mr Zim you did not specify if this is Damafolls in Ruwa or Damafolls in Norton. There is Damafolls in Norton which is a low density surbub.
