I find my body relaxes fully with the mind, while enlivening all my body's organs, cells and nervous system. My balance has improved greatly yet not perfected quite yet, but I am almost there. I started with 10 min routine and I could barely move because I was so stiff. Each day I could move a little better. Its only a week now and I do the 30 min routine easily with no pain! This is a miracle! Thank you!🌿
