Ingredients for Oatmeal Banana Bread:
Pre-heat the oven at 350 ⁰F /180 ⁰C
1 ½ (150 g.) cup Regular Plain Oats
2 ripe bananas / 1 cup mashed banana
2 eggs or ½ cup condensed milk or 2 tbsp flax seed powder in 1/3 cup water
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup (75 ml or 75 g)
cooking oil or melted oil
½ cup packed brown sugar or
Powdered white sugar or pasted dates
¼ cup (60 ml) plain yogurt (curd/dahi) or milk/ almond milk
1 tsp. cinnamon powder (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1/3 cup chopped almonds & walnuts,
& raisins (optional)
Bake at 350 ⁰F /180 ⁰C for 50-60 min.
Truly guilt free recipe,after many attempts to bake banana bread,gave this recipe a shot and this one turned out to be the best...attempted the eggless version and turned out just as good as the egg version....keep up the good work👍😀

hi I tried out ur recipe and the result turned out so moist and fluffy, like using normal flour instead of oat flour. ur recipe is the best. and for a person who got a broken miniscale just like me, ur note on measurement is the best. thank u so muchhhh ^^

This is a hidden gem. The best banana bread recipe ever. Wow! It came out nice and fluffy. I subbed the sugar with erythritol and butter with coconut oil. Hubby and I had to control ourselves because we kept eating. Shared the recipe with my brother too. Thank you so much for sharing

@@aprilflowerarts I tried it and it looked and tasted AMAZINg! the only downside is that the inside was still very wet (the knife had a lot of chunks on it when I cut into it) even though I baked for a full hour. but I still rlly enjoyed the texture bc its very crisp on the outside but moist inside. it might also be due to the fact that I made a lot of rogue substitutions (such as adding a little cream cheese along w butter instead of the oil) haha! I would make this again for sure

Just made it and I am totally sold on it. It is the best gluten-free cake/bread recipe I have tried so far. The texture is just right. Next time, I'll add the nuts which I did not have this time. I had a few cranberries and I'm going to add more to it the next time I make it but the most important thing is that the flavor and the texture are great. I must add that the aroma of toasted oats is indeed very nice and you really smell it when you run it through the grinder.

Great recipe! Followed exactly and turns out moist every time. I use coconut sugar. It's now a staple in my home

I didn't have plain ol' cinnamon powder, so I just used what I had on hand (cinnamon sugar), and I added in cashew nuts, walnuts and raisins.
Also, instead of baking it into a bread, I made cupcakes :D

But 😉😉only the sugar I won't add the regular sugar i will use the Substitute one stevia erythritol of course non gmo or organic

Great recipe. I watch your video every time I make the banana bread. Usually I swap half of the oats for protein powder and the yogurt for skyr to give it some better macros. Also you can cut it up and store in if zip lock bags in the freezer for a few months.

I just saw your recipe yesterday. I made it this morning for breakfast using chopped walnuts. It is delicious, although very crumbly and it did not rise much. (I threw out my baking soda.) I loved the step of toasting the oats. I am on a gluten-free diet, so this recipe is perfect. Thank you.
Update: I just sliced the loaf this afternoon. It was no longer crumbly. It sliced beautifully. I was too quick to slice it when it came out of the oven this morning. I've eaten half of the loaf already. Thank you again.

Thanks tried this recipe for my toddler who is allergic to gluten and he loved it. Had tried a few recipes earlier but this one is absolutely yummy! Is there any replacement for bananas? I know it's the key ingredient but my husband doesn't like fruits in his cake. Hence checking if there is a replacement for bananas.

What can I use instead of the yoghurt or almond milk etc. I'm allergic even to rice milk. If I used water I should use baking powder right? How much do you think? Thank you for sharing this recipe.
After searching online, I've found that there are two possible things to substitute yoghurt: avocado and mayonnaise.
In other baked goods that contain these (even mayo, weird I know), people usually day that they can't taste these.
The results may not be 100% accurate or whatever, but I hope I helped a little :))
