Only had two& a half of bananas so substituted 2 Tb’s of pumpkin for the banana I didn’t have… and used about 1/2 cup of truvia instead of coconut sugar. Bread came out sooo moist & Fabulously Delicious! Thank-u so much❤!
I watched this video at 4:00am. I was so excited that's I got up to make this recipe..It's the best healthy and delicious banana cake..I reduced sugar to 1/2 cup, I also added walnuts to the mix and to garnish, I also drizzled small amount of honey..so yummy..thank you for the amazing recipe!

I've tweaked it a bit by adding a few things that just brings it over the top. Thank you for sharing your knowledge as well as measurements. For this you now have a new follower! ☺
I made the recipe with few changes. I put 100 grams of oats, 125 grams of almond flour, (1) tsp. of cinnamon, (1) tbsp. of brown sugar, and 45 grams of coconut oil. On top I sprinkled 40 grams of walnuts. The cake was super delicious, moist and fluffy. Thank you for sharing it ❤

Thank you for your recipe. I didn't have 3 bananas so I reduced the oat flour by a ¼ cup. I also used ⅓ cup of dark brown sugar, a dash of both ginger and nutmeg and added some golden raisins- just because everything is better with some raisins in them lol. Thank you so much
sometimes I cut mine out exactly the shape of the pan so none of the parchment paper sticks out. usually it doesn't burn unless it is sticking out of the pan or sheet.

hey i dont think so because baking soda and baking powder does two different things- I'm not sure about baking soda exactly but baking powder is supposed to increase the volume of the thing u are making !
If you want to try that, I would use only half the amount of baking soda compared to baking powder. The bread just might not rise quite as much in that case, since baking powder helps baked goods rise twice; once when mixed together in the batter, and again when it reacts with the heat from the oven.
Here I am again! Lol! My son loves it so I wanted to surprise him for tomorrow's snack 🥳🎉 now this time I did change it a bit by using gluten free baking flour since I had ran out of the oatmeal flour!!! I went for it to make it work.....Soooo I hope I didn't mess it up! We'll see 🙈😮😮😋😋😋

I made it without sugar, just the sweetness of banana. It came out really great.

Yes, I think cane sugar will work just fine! It's just a little sweeter than coconut sugar, so the resulting bread will be a little sweeter, too.

It tastes like store bought because its loaded with sugar (coconut sugar is still sugar) and has plenty of fat from the eggs and oil.
if one substitutes the eggs it prob won't come out like that right :(
Yes, in this case the eggs provide quite a bit of the structure, so I think it would be gummy and sunken in the center without them.
