    Thank you. Great recipe. I only had 2 bananas and because of the detailed measurements in grams it was so easy to adjust. I’ve tried many oat flower recipes in the past but this one is the best and a keeper. Thank you

    I have made this several times now, when I made it the first time I could not believe how amazing the texture came out. I have made banana bread for many years and it always got great feedback, but this one in my opinion takes number one place! I've tweaked it a bit by adding a few things that just brings it over the top. Thank you for sharing your knowledge as well as measurements. For this you now have a new follower! ☺

    Only had two& a half of bananas so substituted 2 Tb’s of pumpkin for the banana I didn’t have… and used about 1/2 cup of truvia instead of coconut sugar. Bread came out sooo moist & Fabulously Delicious! Thank-u so much❤!

    I just saw this recipe today and my heart wouldnt let me be i had to make it at night i just finished it at 🕘 it super moist and yummy, didnt use sugar i used a few spoons of juggery

    I made this today and it was perfect 😊😊😋😋but I put half a cup of sugar instead of a cup my bananas were very ripe and sweet

    I watched this video at 4:00am.
    I was so excited that's I got up to make this recipe..It's the best healthy and delicious banana cake..I reduced sugar to 1/2 cup, I also added walnuts to the mix and to garnish, I also drizzled small amount of honey..so yummy..thank you for the amazing recipe!

    Thank you for sharing this recipe, I keep making it when I have a sweet tooth! Added some ground flaxseed and omitted the coconut sugar since I don’t have any and it tastes so amazing!!! Tastes good with raisins too 😋🙌🏼

    I made the recipe with few changes. I put 100 grams of oats, 125 grams of almond flour, (1) tsp. of cinnamon, (1) tbsp. of brown sugar, and 45 grams of coconut oil. On top I sprinkled 40 grams of walnuts. The cake was super delicious, moist and fluffy. Thank you for sharing it ❤

    맛있는 레시피입니다. 설탕 보고 놀란 한국인은 보세요. 저는 완전히 달게 익은 큰 바나나 2개(270g) 넣고 설탕 X, 바닐라익스트렉 X, 오트밀은 반정도 덜 갈리게 60%만 갈았습니다.다른 재료는 같은 양으로 했습니다. 180도 45분. 충분히 달고 바나나 향 강하고 씹는 식감 좋고 맛있어요. 설탕을 넣으면 저희 입맛에는 아주 많이 달듯합니다.

      Here I am again! Lol! My son loves it so I wanted to surprise him for tomorrow's snack 🥳🎉 now this time I did change it a bit by using gluten free baking flour since I had ran out of the oatmeal flour!!! I went for it to make it work.....Soooo I hope I didn't mess it up! We'll see 🙈😮😮😋😋😋

    Thank you for your recipe. I didn't have 3 bananas so I reduced the oat flour by a ¼ cup. I also used ⅓ cup of dark brown sugar, a dash of both ginger and nutmeg and added some golden raisins- just because everything is better with some raisins in them lol.

    Does it matter If the oven is gas for the parchment paper? I've had problems with mine burning before. How do i prevent that

      sometimes I cut mine out exactly the shape of the pan so none of the parchment paper sticks out. usually it doesn't burn unless it is sticking out of the pan or sheet.

      Yes, I think cane sugar will work just fine! It's just a little sweeter than coconut sugar, so the resulting bread will be a little sweeter, too.

      hey i dont think so because baking soda and baking powder does two different things- I'm not sure about baking soda exactly but baking powder is supposed to increase the volume of the thing u are making !

      If you want to try that, I would use only half the amount of baking soda compared to baking powder. The bread just might not rise quite as much in that case, since baking powder helps baked goods rise twice; once when mixed together in the batter, and again when it reacts with the heat from the oven.

    It tastes like store bought because its loaded with sugar (coconut sugar is still sugar) and has plenty of fat from the eggs and oil.

      Yes, in this case the eggs provide quite a bit of the structure, so I think it would be gummy and sunken in the center without them.
