I didn’t have any eggs so i substituted 1/2 cup of yogurt in place of 2 eggs and they came out sooo moist and delicious 😋
I made these for evening tea and didn’t use any sugar. I incorporated dark chocolate chips into the fruits and nuts mixture and it was the perfect balance of sweetness. This is a very good health snack and the entire batch was gone within minutes 😆 will be making these again ❤️ thank you so much for this amazing recipe! They came out PERFECT 👌🏼

I love this recipe. The best I’ve seen on you tube. Love how you explained everything so clearly and slowly, unlike most other you tube baking videos. The only thing I will change is the sugar. There is just me so halved this recipe and it made exactly 6 muffins. My muffin pan only has 6 spaces. They came out exactly like the ones you made. I confess I was so hungry I ate two before they cooled. They taste great and are good for me since I have to be gluten-free.

Thank you for this recipe it's diabetic friendly which I really like with the exception of the chocolate chips, which I wouldn't add because I'm a type 2 diabetic. I wish I could because it looks delicious.
