I made your kourabiedes for Christmas using your Instagram video. This is the best recipe! Also love this long form video, but I sure do miss your bloody beautiful wink at the end 😜
Bro I came across your videos and they are awesome. Super funny and educational. I don’t know what you don’t get thousands more hits. Keep going bro; you have what it takes. Happy new year
I just made them..... and OMG!! They are so good! My Pethera will be so proud, that I've made these . I may not be Greek, but I can sure cook like one. Thanks Niko!!
Thank you Nicolo for this wonderful recipe. I spend the winter months in Crete and right now, close to Christmas, you can find these cookies on the local markets. They are the best cookies I have ever tasted in my life. This recipe is very well explained and I will try to reproduce it. (but do not eat these cookies when you are dressed in black ....) at least for me .... All your recipes are delicious and I wish you and your family happy holidays translated by google translate
Thanks for sharing ❤️ I was just wondering, the one I buy seem to have a butter layer under the icing sugar, does this just come from the cookie itself?
You forgot to say don’t breathe in while eating. Great recipe I haven’t made these in years but gave it a go. I never whipped my butter like that before so gave it a go 👍🏼 I wanted some almond meal in there so I substituted some flour for that. Also didn’t have any brandy 😢 how did I miss that so I substituted with a bit of amaretto They turned out incredible ❤ Oh and I used rose water instead of ouzo Next I will try yours Kala Xristougenna Tomorrow it’s melomakarona 🫶🏼
I would love to make these ….. my favourite Greek biscuits …. 🙏🏽😇🪽💙

Wait you lost your Greek accent! ❤
Yes I did 🤣🤣
Hahaha sounds Australian to me 😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That's why your dishes are a little different because you truly are not Greek. But I like your dishes even though they're not 100% authentic
Both my parents were Greek and this is the same recipe we used for 50 years Nikolopaa bravo sou

Why you speak English with a strong Australian accent I only understand half of what you said your kourabiedes are nice though
Was that necessary
