@@maritzamejia5699 and I guess you also know some Turkish words? I just made this recipe and it was just like the ones I bought at the Greek shop and now I don’t have to pay that expensive amount of money that I have for many years to enjoy these lovely biscuits. Thank you for the recipe love and blessings Jenny from Australia. ✝️🙏
My yiayia made these just with one egg and one egg yolk vanilla 1 pound of butter flour and no baking powder or soda or nuts . Different shapes . A snake and round . Very soft dough . They melt in your mouth . I like your recipe especially the orange blossom water
Looks amazing! I roll out the dough and cut into crescent shape with inverted juice glass. I brought these into work and called them 180° Cookies because whenever someone came into the office that was grumpy, I’d give them a 180° Cookie and their grumpy personality would change 180°! They left happy and smiling!
I know greeks are always victims and they can't do no wrong even when they steal the patent of our dishes but kourablahblah is actually a turkish word KURABİYE that means ''cookie ''. Kurabiye just like the cookies is the general name it is not only one specific recipe . Hi Dimitra, I’m a new subscriber from Canada and I want to try these almond cookies. Is it possible that I should add half Apflour and half ground almonds to this recipe? Please advise and thank you for sharing this recipe. Merry Christmas 🎄

For those of you who've never eaten this before, remember not to inhale air while biting into these. You'll be coughing up powdered sugar for a few minutes.
Thanks Dimitra. Great to know how to bake these little devils. But..... there's no way I'm going to try this project. As you said it so well" "These can do a lot of damage".

It depends. If you live somewhere with a large Middle Eastern/Mediterranean community then yes, it'll be in the international isle of your supermarket. Otherwise, you can find it online. I shared an Amazon link in the description box :)
