- Stuck at home during the coronavirus?
Keep others and your loved ones safe by staying at home, but don't just sit around and watch the world crumble. Instead get off your ass and workout! Even though we can't get to the gym during the coronavirus, we can stay active and healthy. This is a full body workout that you can do at home with minimal equipment. All you need is a chair, a sturdy broomstick and a chin-up bar (optional). Level 1 is for Beginners who are new to working out or have some training experience.
Perform this workout for at least 4 weeks before moving on to Level 3.

Wow this is perfect thank you, I've been trying to figure out a workout for ages. Also I'm making my own Iron Spider suit so hopefully this will add some muscle/flexibility to work with the suit 💪

Just did it. Very good work out. That elbow plank with one arm straight was so hard. 🤣
Really like how you show the exercises in different angles and give some tips on screen.

I got my own body workout since im a gymnast so i got to keep active. Your conditioning is really good however

@@Spideyfit definitely backflips and being able to hold a handstand without a wall for a minute straight. Conditioning wise it probably my intense core circuit. It simple. Hollow hold. Flutters, v snaps and tuck ins. You do each for 20 second then repeat only 15 seconds
Then last set being 10. Takes 3 minutes to do and it's hard

Any alternative to not having a broom lol? I'm more of a vacuum guy.
Just get a wooden broom stick handle from your local hardware store. $8-10
I dont have a pull up bar... so what now?
Just use the wooden stick and the two chairs exercise instead

Kinda looks like it. It’s based off Nightwing
