How To Backflip like Spider-Man (FULL TUTORIAL)

Learn how to backflip like Spider-Man in this step by step tutorial. In this video I am going to share with you five drills and some bonus tips that helped me learn the backflip. Doing a backflip can be a very scary thing to do, but if you practice in a safe environment, using everything in this tutorial I have faith that you will be able to learn this too.

As long as you have some crash mats you should be fine. Just take your time with all the progressions
