BODYWEIGHT HOME WORKOUT - LEVEL 1 (STAY STRONG DURING QUARANTINE)

- Even though we can't get to the gym during the coronavirus quarantine, we can stay active and healthy. This is a full body workout that you can do at home with minimal equipment. All you need is a chair, a sturdy broomstick and a chin-up bar (optional). Level 1 is for Beginners who are new to working out or have some training experience.
Perform this workout for at least 4 weeks before moving on to Level 2.

Will this get me lean muscle like Tom Holland?
Yes and you should also do level 2 and 3 once you finish 4 weeks of this program. Remember this is to be done 3x per week
@@Spideyfit which would you say would be better for someone who is lean and has a little muscle, but needs more: The level 1/2/3 workouts, or the Tom Holland bodyweight workout video you uploaded?
