BODYWEIGHT HOME WORKOUT - LEVEL 1 (STAY STRONG DURING QUARANTINE)

  • Even though we can't get to the gym during the coronavirus quarantine, we can stay active and healthy. This is a full body workout that you can do at home with minimal equipment. All you need is a chair, a sturdy broomstick and a chin-up bar (optional). Level 1 is for Beginners who are new to working out or have some training experience.
    Perform this workout for at least 4 weeks before moving on to Level 2.

    I'm not here from Kibler - just saying.... I've been watching this guy exercise for years but haven't lost any weight yet.... This is the time! I'm gonna finally do it!

      Yes and you should also do level 2 and 3 once you finish 4 weeks of this program. Remember this is to be done 3x per week
