In the future I think it would be awesome if Humane added games such as Tetris and Brick Breaker to be able to be played with the Laser Ink Display. I understand this is a Gen 1 product, but maybe the Gen 2 could play games, or if they fix the overheating issues with the Gen 1.

My laser stopped working. My pin keeps saying enter password but i can't without the laser. The laser worked for three days, then stopped. And getting customer services help is just as frustrating as the pin.

Mine locked down and will not let me put in my pin?

You’ll need to turn it off and charge it first. Once it’s over 80% (Green light on charger) Turn it back on and connect it to your WiFi. Then look for the software update in settings while in laser ink. Select it and set it back on the charger. It should work much better then.

Address why ai pin keeps heating up not letting you to do anything with it. I'm two days with this pin and within 60 seconds of starting to set up it says it needs to cool down. Could it be a defective unit?

same situation, doesn't seem to hold a charge and also constantly overheats. I haven't been able to setup wifi or get music to work in the short amount of time it stays on either

The first AI Pin I received did not work. Upon attaching GREEN fully charged batteries the screen remained blank. No light, no voice... Upon speaking to tech support I was informed to reset the Pin to which I did without success. It was decided to return for a replacement. Upon receiving the replacement I was able to get it the laser hand light to work, however, no matter what I did it would not allow the NEXT screen to open so as to allow me to install my pin. Believe me, I am computer literate and find this confusing as to why the Pin will not work as it should. The command kept on requesting to place forefinger and thumb together to which I did -NOTHING HAPPENED! After repeating this without success the Pin became very hot. If anyone has an answer please let me know.

There were big software updates that were pushed out, make sure you connect the pin to WiFi and on the charge pad or charging cradle.

Once you become familiar with the commands it does amazing things with its limited ability to do all the things a phone does but its fun and I enjoy taking pictures, and making calls, and listening to music.
