Guy's unbiased, willing to say NO despite speaking with the CEO, and provides suggestions and critical feedback for product improvement instead of just roasting without basis... Kudos to you, nice job...
You do not understand the definition of the word "biased". As long as someone has any sort of want for things going one way over the other, they are biased. For example, in this case, there is a financial incentive for making engaging content to maximize clicks to maximize them $$$s. Whether that makes it more attractive for him to destroy this product regardless of whether it's good is irrelevant to the discussion of whether he's biased. The best anyone can do is typically "making an attempt to appear unbiased or correct for their biases."
@@Alice_Fumo I believe you are overthinking it, as the definition of "biased" is: unfairness or prejudice against someone or something. It goes without saying that every content creator has a need to make watchable engaging content. But when reviewing products it can go two ways: they are pro or against something. Their "bias" of making a good video will pervade the video in any case, so they might as well share their honest uncensored experience and let the content write itself. Was Arun unfair in his criticism against this product ? I don't think so. Did he have prejudice ? Well if you count his desire to like this product, then yes. But technically no.
They both gave their honest take on the product. Arun really dug into why its really bad , while Marques went for a super clickbaity title that harmed the company more than the review itself
I respect you for standing up and saying "NO" this is not a necessary purchase item. Especially when you were with the CEO you had every opportunity to upsell the product but you wisely evaluated the pros and cons making it clear that this is just another gimmick. Thanks Arun. This is why I am glad to be a subscriber and will always be.
To be fair, this product is such an obviously bad proposition, that even if Jesus himself was the ceo, there would be be no way to recommend it without losing all integrity.

If I were to ever MEET a CEO, I don’t think I’d be able to turn around and say it was bad or ‘not good’. And then say you’re not hopeful? Props for integrity and character
Reviews like this are genuinely what demonstrate the quality of your reviews. They are honest, detailed, comprehensively address every aspect, and your criticism isn't one dimensional-- you give genuine feedback to implement to the company so it can improve on its next product.
You can't love it, bevause you are a sentient human, and you understand the slave chains are shiny high tech, but they are still slave chains, owned and run by the Master corporation, and they do not care that their technology will destroy society and harm humanity. Because enslaving and exploiting everyone is the goal of the Corporations.
Arun and Marques reviewing this product showed to me why I love them as content creators and tech reviewers: their honesty. I will always use their videos not only to entertain myself, but also to give me a good idea about the product I wish to purchase. And as much as I wanna love the Pin as well, I agree with them. It ain't there. And props to them for being so brutally honest about, despite the fact that-at least in Arun's case-the CEO was present
@@Druze_Tito Well one thing is for sure, Humane isn’t sponsoring them for the review of this video 😂 otherwise it would’ve been stated as such. Plus, the only reason you’re not gonna see an nothing-but-negative review of the iPhone, Samsung, Pixel etc is because is far as the tech and ability of the devices are concerned, they’re pretty decent. Privacy concerns are a completely diff matter and don’t belong in ANY electronic review bc if I was gonna make a video pointing out that Google uses every sliver of your data and spies on you (just like every social media app on the market), then I’d do it on a separate video. But I get what you’re saying 100%. These guys have made a nice living off of reviewing tech, so I’m sure they don’t want to piss off Big Tech in the process, makes sense to me 🤷🏼♀️ Not saying I AGREE with it, but that I simply understand it.
@@Druze_Tito I think you don't actually watch these guys' content at all, or you would know that both of them have roasted both Samsung and Apple products before.
@@xvgm24 Criticized - yes, roasted - no. For this product they should put pioneering on the pedestal, then criticize second. They affect the sales potential of this product, which is like unbrushed diamond - it will only get better and it's better than a smartphone for busy people. I will say it again - if this was Apple's product, these influencers would be much milder in their critics. P.S. - I used to watch the black pal, not anymore, unsubbed long time ago.
@@Druze_Tito You're one of those. Yes, they (the reviewers) affect the sales of this product, for a very good reason. It is not a good product, and it is not at all worth buying. They don't want people to waste their money. That is the point of a review, it affects the sales of a product, and tells people whether they should, or should not buy it. Back to what you said, that it has potential. So why don't you work on it and make it a good product, before trying to sell it? For 700$, may I add. A quality product is more likely to garner positive reviews and generate sales through word-of-mouth recommendations. Investing in product development to enhance its features, functionality and overall quality can significantly improve its marketability and customer satisfaction, which will lead to less negative reviews, and more profit. I don't even think you watched the video, and saw all of it's flaws. This thing, in it's current stage, is not better than a smartphone, even for busy people. And I'd go as far to say that it will never be as good as a smartphone, let alone be better than one. Overall, relying on the product's potential, and hoping that it does get better while it is falling incredibly short currently, is not a good reason to spend 700$ on it.
I truly appreciate Arun's dedication to speaking his mind without feeling pressured to speak positively of a product just because he got to spend some hands-on time with it.
Yeah that was a HUGE delay. Pretty much guarantees that all the processing is being done on a server, it simply records your speech and uploads that audio to a server.
I could see something like this being a tool for the blind or visually impaired. I imagine being able to describe what is in front of someone or what they're looking at in great detail could be super valuable.
Great point and I can also see this ai being used in security camera footage to easily identify accidents, people, and theft. It could be personal cameras too so you could say things like hey humane, did I leave the stove on?
You hit the nail on the head at the end. Tell me something this $700 + subscription AI pin can do that my $200 Galaxy watch (likely soon to be powered w/Google Gemini) can't do. It can already do things like check the time or weather, and have the world's information easily accessible via Google assistant. It has a screen that is WAY better than this pin's laser projector. It's also much more stylish than wearing a black cube on your chest. Once it gets access to AI-powered assistants it'll just get even better. The only thing it doesn't have is a camera, but the one on this pin is barely useful at all as you pointed out AND I have a phone with Google Lens/circle to search in my pocket already.
This is what it is. It is a not so smart-watch that is in the style of a nurses watch. My watch and phone can do more than this thing can, but if they make the tech small enough and intergrated it into a smart watch and it used a phones CPU and internet connection then it would be a great peice of tech and might get more people to adapt smart watches.
That final point is exactly what I was thinking. An interface in a pin which pairs with your phone for data, storage, processing etc. would make so much sense and be something I would be legitimately interested in. There is even the potential for something like this to act as the controller for AR glasses to remove the awkward navigational problems those have. I can see a pin being a great part of a system but not as a stand-alone device.
"This isn't a medical device." The Ceo gives a disclaimer as an attempt to avoid liability for false advertisement instead of being upfront and transparent about the device's capabilities and limitations.
If you think a camera with internet access can accurately weigh an item, know exactly how it's cooked and can determine it's exact macro nutrients you might need a medical device for daily life... a helmet.
@@krad1314 Exaggeration... an AI that is trained on enough images of food + calorie and nutrient information could probably give a good estimate. OP never implied an exact requirement, but probably a "good enough" approximation which was not demonstrated in the video.
@krad1314 so you just completely ignored my comment to call me stupid. I would ask that you learn to read so you could respond properly, but that's probably asking too much of a single brain cell.
@krad1314 to be clear, my original post was about some greedy individual lying about his device's capability to get more people to buy it, then making an excuse when it doesn't perform as advertised. But I understand that words and sentences are hard to comprehend for those special individuals like yourself who have to rely on a single brain cell to process all that information.
If it does or attempts to do anything that can be seen as medically related, it has to be certified as a medical device. A process that is extensive, expensive and requires a great deal of scrutiny.
I agree with the smartwatch like aspect, where the pin should have just connected to the smartphone for the first version. The cost would have been lower, leading to better adoption, and thus possibility to improve the other unique features through user feedback. Eventually it would have been a question of “should I ditch my phone”, rather than “do I need this expensive device?”
The fact you went into detail with every single question that actually made me concerned about the problems that’s just amazing how he did it he thought of it so well
Wonderful video. Thank you for not being “bought” by that trip to their company and time with the CEO they gifted you. You fundamentally reviewed and pulled apart the entire concept at its core. Bravo. One sentence I felt was missing right at the end - is that we have watches, we have wireless earbuds for private audio, what do we need this company for - they didn’t even create a single AI model that makes this device useful. They’re pointless. Once Apple and/or android puts chatGPT into their voice assistant, this entire company is worth nothing. The self-importance of these people because they worked on the original iPhone and iPod is hilarious.
They seem incredibly out of touch with reality, like people with a lot of intelligence in one area but no perspective in general life. The idea that having a 24/7 AI assistant literally attached to you somehow helps you "stay in the moment" more than a smartphone is honestly one of the silliest things I've heard supposed smart people come up with. Thinking we need a new "smart device" that does most of the same stuff a smartphone does, just without the visual aspect, to stop relying on another smartphones is a peak 'intelligent people being stupid' moment. This isn't going to make people less reliant on apps or a smartphone, they just want a piece of the consumerism pie and they're using the idea of it being "good for humanity™" as their selling point. Also the name "Humane" just feels trashy, especially because now we've seen the device in action it doesn't seem like they were thinking of what humanity needs while making it at all. Even the thought process behind it seems to be just a random gadget to add to the market and make them rich. Calling your company "Humane" seems like they're trying too hard to be perceived as "the good guys" of the tech world. It's overkill and a desperate attempt to build a public image that will sell.
They tried to build something innovative, how is that self-important? Random butthurt nobody on RUclips whining about them sounds a lot more self important lol
@@pietrodibrazza4699 the self important part is where they brag about their time at Apple but then make this “revolutionary” product, act like Steve Jobs introducing it, hire a PR team in house to drum up all this buzz, and then it launches as a half-thought out product with no purpose and other products that cost 1/3 the price are out performing it before even being released
They should reengineer it to be an A.I. hub that's an extension of your phone, tablet or computer. It would be more useful as a way to interact with your device without interacting with your device. Have most of the a.i. live on device and have it pair with your device thru Bluetooth or hotspot so you don't have to waste money on a another subscription.
@@chrislawuk Explaining that on your tax return would be... interesting?! Anyway, young @PastelLavenderYT still hasn't clarified, and until he does, he shan't be getting 1 of whatever he wants, from me!!
Honestly, I could see this helping visually impaired people or caregivers for seniors if they worked out the kinks. My mom is blind in one eye and my brother makes her meals. There are times he puts way too many carbs on her plate or sugary/starchy vegetables to be completely balanced.
Being a tech enthusiast and building tech of my own has taught me something: Most users do not care about COOL tech. If your product's tech is cool, but has limitations, most users will gladly go for the boring yet useful product. I understand that the concept is like the AI of the movie "Her", but that product didn't want to become a "Tool", like this AI pin is trying to become. That product was an "AI friend" of sorts.
The way it says "finding synonyms" about 10 seconds after you ask the questions and then takes another 5 to answer makes it look like something from 2004 and not 2024.
In 1983 a product came out called the Butler in a Box. It promised features that we are just now getting to work correctly. Humane AI Pin is the Butler in a Box of the 2020s.
Just now getting to work properly? The butler in a box only worked with simple voice commands that you needed to configure, it didn’t understand a thing you said. You could configure « David, sh*t on me » to turn the light on. It just understood the tone of your voice, not what you said.
I went to check you channel to see any new videos was uploaded. In fact I already watched this video when it was uploaded and I now see a title change from "It's a Nightmare" to "It's not good" hats off to your honesty 🙂
Props for the honest review. Before even watching the video, I could already predict what the issues were going to be and I was indeed correct in that assumption. The other issue is most people have smart watches now too, and all you really need to do is install an ai assistant on it and you pretty much have something that this thing does, without the price tag or need for an additional data plan. Great video Arun.
That's a great point. In the 150 dollar range I would consider this, in its current form even. At 700 it needs to at least match devices in that range or really excel at something those devices can't do. The benefit of this is convenience, even with a 15 second wait time, I can think of plenty of cases where I would use something like this. (Especially after traveling and wishing I could Google something with one free hand as I'm pulling luggage). But at 700 I'll just wait til my hands are free.
I have the same reflection without testing it. Nice idea and I also like the thought behind it, but the next big thing is smart glasses that can replace monitors and have a form factor that is not massive.
For real 🤣. Got a 3 mobile sim while I was in the uk for 12$, came back to the us and it turns out they get unlimited roaming data included in that. Crazy to me.
I pay €7.99/month for 200 GB of data in 5G (plus I don't remember how many in roaming in all EU countries), 100 texts (that no one uses anymore) and unlimited minutes of calls. You guys get scammed badly
If I was blind, I would buy this. There are instances when being told what is in front of you could really increase quality of life. Sure, you probably know what cereal is in your cupboard (and maybe added brail tags), but having a new room described to you could be really helpful. Or an outdoor space.
Woaahhh this is a really fucking good perspective. I don’t think it’s elaborate enough for that yet, but if they don’t abandon it then this would be such a great tool. Imagine it could translate sign language too using the camera? That might be cool.
@@postpunkaddict Yeah I agree, it's not yet good enough. But I suspect that after being hated on by most reviewers, and laughed at a bit on the internet, they will take their remaining capital and move sideways into medical applications.
I think this is amazing for blind and sight impaired people, just for orientation and for the "what's in front of me" prompt. It could be incredibly freeing.
It's an idea which will get refined. The purpose of producing this product is to garner sponsors and raise 'money'. Seriously guys, wtf were you doing at your school? This is just so basic 💀
Maybe not this specific version, but I can definitely see use cases for a more refined, upgraded version that 1) is cheaper and 2) much more advanced, probably running on GPT-5 or whatever a much more advanced model is called in the future. Even better if they can reduce the latency in requests, maybe by also having it run on high-speed 5G- which again, will be something that is more accessible in the future than it is now. So this idea is basically too ahead of its time atm. Already I can see the beginnings of a good product; its quirks just need to be fixed and it'll be there. But it's definitely not there right now, and thus isn't worth even considering buying it.
That interaction with the CEO must've been soo awkward. But it had to be done. Thank you Arun and co. Been seeing this device everywhere and this video answered my questions.
I mean, CEO's fault, for not being able to make a better product with 280,000,000. I doubt Arun felt awkward at all, as it's not his responsibility to make the AI Pin good. It's the CEO's.
You bring a lot of very good points to the table. You were very genuine and honest in your review, it doesn't matter that you met the CEO, you gave it a chance and you came with a very constructive feedback! That is all extremely appreciated! The company has probably tried to make a product aimed to the wrong market. They can still rebrand themselves or come up with alternative versions that could work. Personally I believe that the product is a first step in a technology that has potential, especially if inserted in specific contexts and customized with features useful for such context. That context is likely going to start more as professional rather than private customers. As a piece of Kit for specific professions that could take advantage of it. Or imagine Making a specialized version for people with mobility issues, giving them the ability to have a private assistant with various features that can make their life easier. The potential is there, the technology is still young.
This feels like the right take. I see a lot of people in the comments wondering why they have made this product when most average peoplewon't need to buy it when their smart phones get AI-features, and while I agree that most average people won't need it, and they should QUICKLY reconfigure their expectations if they made this tech and expected it to sell to the mainstream, it COULD be very useful to professions where advice needs to come quick and without access to a smartphone, like doctors who can't afford to look away from a patient. However, as you say- the technology needs to be WAY more mature before it can serve that purpose. And we just hope that they can remain in business long enough for that time to arrive.
@@jakecarlin9402 I mean, surgeons can consult with each other on things even in the middle of a surgery in case the situation changes due to erroneous cuts / making new discoveries as they dig around in the actual body instead of just going by what information they had before surgery started. In a world where the workforce shrinks and things are automated, a human surgeon asking the AI-database on hand for assistance is not THAT farfetched in my eyes... but of course, that IS provided the tech develops to the point where it becomes actually reliable and isn't constantly dependent on being always online, which I admit could be decades away, if it ever even gets that advanced.
I appreciate the point about "phone gets involved a lot more than originally intended when we want to use the camera or AI for search". This can be a game changer for airport staff in major international terminals. If this can interface with dashcams and phones seamlessly, that would open up many safety and insurance possibilities. Wish some big corporation gave them a break.
Also one of the few advantages mentioned "it's just there (on your chest)"; for us living in a place with shifting/cold weather you'd have to clip and unclip it every time you take on or off a jacket or sweater etc
Another thing I've noticed is how easy it would be to snatch this from someone's shirt while they're walking. I personally don't want my $1500 device loosely hanging from my shirt where anyone can grab it and run so I would probably keep it in my pocket and pull it out only when I needed to use it which at that point might as well just use my phone
Yeah the us phone companies screw you over, I get 200gb data, unlimited text and calls for $12 a month in the uk, also the unused data rolls over to the next month
@Mrwhosetheboss 10:28 Yes, you are correct. All processing is done remotely. First, the device is capturing the raw audio of your question, then it is uploading this tiny audio file to a speech-to-text processor which takes a moment to transcribe the audio into a text string (such as the OpenAI Whisper transcriber or translator) then, that text string is sent back to the device OR is sent directly for processing as the input for an LLM AI model chat. Next, that LLM AI model has to process this input text into an appropriate response before finally returning that response to the device where it can locally use a text-to-speech (imho, a terrible one) to provide the answer to the user. I make freeware voice command systems for video games and general utility, including my OpenAI API plugin, and I can say with experience that they are on the right track, yet somehow still behind hobbyists such as myself. If my "Malcolm" sounded that bad when speaking, I would be embarrassed. I asked my speech-to-text input LLM AI powered ChatGPT applet in VoiceAttack (called "Malcolm") the same question you did, "Could you give me a synonym for the word, great?" ... then, a subtle "thinking sound loop" played as this was processed (yet for such a small input, it was a 1 second return), and finally, Malcolm replied quite human like with: "Sure, some synonyms for the word "great" include: excellent, fantastic, wonderful, superb, outstanding, and exceptional." using my UK Brian TTS voice from Ivona ... a rather older model, there are much more modern ones with excellent intonation and inflection. If I had then said simply, "How about a few more?", before the microphone went back to sleep, it would contextually reply knowing what we already talked about, and present some more. *TL;DNR* This Humane has great hardware design, but many things from hardware connectivity core concept to the manner of interaction and human feedback, to the software and simple logic and flow, and even the TTS voice used, all need serious improvement. This device should be ONLY connecting to your smartphone, using it's much more powerful hardware for internet connectivity and side processing, and a companion app installed on the smartphone.
Amazing answer! Great read. I wonder if we could cut the repetition in the replies tho: "Can you give synonyms to great?" Instead of : "Sure, a few synonyms to great are..." But going straight to the point. These interactions will also be human-like the day the machine will be able to interrupt you as soon as it gets the jist of your request.
Yep. The biggest problem is that they are trying to NOT connect to anything. If they made a companion app, then gave the option to download almost anything, and made sure that it is basically an extension of the phone rather than a replacement, they could make a product worth buying
@@KingRCT3 One of the things which makes LLM AI seem so human like is exactly what you describe, rather than raw robotic answers. That said, some LLM AI models I've toyed with including the GPT models by OpenAI such as ChatGPT-3, 3.5, and now 4, will take instruction fairly well, and in most cases will comply with such directions - but even then, it can be hit or miss, and truly only with further post-processing (also using LLM AI models) could we truly cull such things from a response to provide *only* the direct answer(s). The drawback being the increased latency from user input to response, and that any additional post-processing would only add to that.
Tbf they killed themselves with a really poorly thought out product. No way this would have gone anywhere regardless of what Arun said about it. This is more high school project in 2006 than 2024 high end AI product.
The company is suffering from the same issue I have identified with digital AI applications and uses... there is a hardware issue. The answer is more microphones for various pickup locations and frequencies AND a collection of multi focal, multidirectional cameras. The other thing is the Lazer. The Lazer needs to be on an internal gimble with servo control. They should also improve the beam by going for a bigger lamp. Unless they beef it up hardware wise it's going to keep failing. Software is an easy fix that is getting easier.
I have a Humane AI pin and agree with Arun’s assessment- and will add that the “hands screen display” is really difficult if you have small hands. There is just not enough real estate to adequately accommodate the screen display…. And the set up instructions are brutal. Sure the packaging is super sexy and very Apple-esque but that’s where the graceful onboarding experience ends. I have had this Humane AI pin for all of three hours and already logged three “support” emails as I cannot find out how to integrate my iCloud and Spotify into the settings ( suspect I cannot and will have to subscribe to a Tidal account😮). I agree that the PIN would be more useful if it integrated into the existing ecosystem I am already using
Thanks for the detailed review, Arun. I agree that this device can be used as a companion device. And we already have similar features available in smart watches that are now GPS + Wi-Fi + LTE enabled. The best use case I see for these devices is for differently abled, especially visual impaired. If they think from that perspective, then they can release features which make the most use of the speaker, mic, touchpad and camera. Laser projector won't be useful. Looking forward to the Rabbit R1 review 😃
joke of the day, do have any idea how much computational extensive AI services it is providing at a very low latency. It is not just an Airpod or mp3 that it is worth no more than 80 dollars
This video right here is exactly why I am subscribed to you. Great and honest work, while still positive, nice And hopeful. Every question you asked and every point you brought up was spot on. Keep up the great work!!
Definitely can't see the use for this yet, but maybe in the future. I wasn't keen on wearables when they came out, but then smart rings evolved and now I've had one on my finger every day for the last year
I watched Marques Brownlee’s first then Mrwhosetheboss’ reviews of this Humane AI Pin. They were pretty harsh on the limitations of the device. But, it has potential. It’s slower than what I would want. Hopefully he, the maker, has a patent. People would definitely copy what will be an awesome device to have in the near future. Someone will add a very decent camera and brighter reflections to make it a convenient usable piece of tech!
All Apple would have to do is add a camera to the midday side of an Apple Watch and then you effectively have this device, minus the separate data-plan, so... 🤷🏻♂️
The best part is the honest feedback on how to improve the concept. It's sometimes annoying to hear people criticize something without offering suggestions. Someone is going to take that feedback and execute on the smart pin concept.
Honestly I don’t see why people are upset with the negative reviews. It isn’t a good product right now; that’s a fact. What these reviews do is provide a lot of publicity for a product and company that may have not gotten much, and also provides genuine feedback for the company to take on board for the future.
its also baffeling that people think they shouldent make a honest review just cuz its a startup company they cant lie and say its good that would hurt thair own reputation and by lying the company gets no real feedback on what to improve on
The smartphone is a great invention. But the only thing that can replace it is a small formfactor AR device paired with a neural link interface, with mind controlled input. The next version of that will just use the neural link device to beam visuals directly to your visual cortex and sound to your auditory cortex
The last sentence was spot on - all along this video I kept thinking this is just another example of this new age of "developing" where good ideas are only developed, by design, to a quite early state and not with the intention to ever fully develop, build and market it, but to make it be able to present the potential of the imaginery final product appealing enough to one of the tech giants so they buy it off you in it's beta, or rather alpha state.
it's not exactly a scheme to develop an MVP (minimum viable product) which can be marketed for bigger investment/getting acquired, it's relatively common in entrepreneurship, the main problem here is how the marketing contrasts with the actual product experience (then again Google did the same for their AI lol). They could've at any time highlighted how this is a long-term dream like Phone blocs back in the day until one of these big companies gets involved, and everyone of them loves AI these days. Could also be one of those companies whose aim is to change the market, whether they personally thrive in that new market or not, like Tesla or OpenAI. Either way, doesn't seem like they can grow without getting a better/bigger team.

Their sponsored opinions. I am yet to see them hating on stupid smartphones from Samsung, Google and Apple.
@@Druze_Tito
Well one thing is for sure, Humane isn’t sponsoring them for the review of this video 😂 otherwise it would’ve been stated as such.
These guys have made a nice living off of reviewing tech, so I’m sure they don’t want to piss off Big Tech in the process, makes sense to me 🤷🏼♀️

And you have not to pay every month to operate your watch😊

"This isn't a medical device."
The Ceo gives a disclaimer as an attempt to avoid liability for false advertisement instead of being upfront and transparent about the device's capabilities and limitations.
This is why I am subscribed to mrwhosetheboss. You knew the CEO and the fact he is gonna watch this video yet you were fully honest.

The fact that the CEO had to supervise him while he was reviewing their "product" sums it up.
@@natb9919also, that name sounds like the baby formula „Humana“ 😆

They should reengineer it to be an A.I. hub that's an extension of your phone, tablet or computer. It would be more useful as a way to interact with your device without interacting with your device. Have most of the a.i. live on device and have it pair with your device thru Bluetooth or hotspot so you don't have to waste money on a another subscription.

@@goranisacson2502 I would be extremely concerned if my surgeon consulted their device during an operation to ask an AI what thing should I cut.
@@jakecarlin9402 I mean, surgeons can consult with each other on things even in the middle of a surgery in case the situation changes due to erroneous cuts / making new discoveries as they dig around in the actual body instead of just going by what information they had before surgery started. I appreciate the point about "phone gets involved a lot more than originally intended when we want to use the camera or AI for search".

@@bradliam11tbf the UK is a lot smaller than the US so it must be a lot cheaper for the telecom companies here.
You got to love a device that only starts working the millisecond after you've given up all hope.
I love people like Arun. He is teaching me stuffs that I want to know.
ChatGPT on the Apple Watch with the crown as a press to talk button. Game over for this AI clip
This device should be ONLY connecting to your smartphone, using it's much more powerful hardware for internet connectivity and side processing, and a companion app installed on the smartphone.
really appreciate the insight ^ thanks for commenting
Awesome comment.
Amazing answer! Great read.
I wonder if we could cut the repetition in the replies tho:
"Can you give synonyms to great?"
Instead of : "Sure, a few synonyms to great are..."
But going straight to the point.
You just KILLED that company and product.
lmfao
mkbhd kills fisker, mrwhosetheboss kills the humane. Whos next.
It was dead all along 😂
Tbf they killed themselves with a really poorly thought out product. No way this would have gone anywhere regardless of what Arun said about it. This is more high school project in 2006 than 2024 high end AI product.
@@TomPhotoix what? this is cool af. as a concept, having ai on yourself at all times is very good. Just need a ton of work to be even considered,
The company is suffering from the same issue I have identified with digital AI applications and uses... there is a hardware issue. Software is an easy fix that is getting easier.
you're like my tech teacher.
loves technology, has a ton of it, and knows everyone
Kudos to them for trying something new but this is DOA. On device AI is a must. All eyes on Apple next.
Apple is just implementing Google Gemini. Their own AI was so bad that they had to team up with Google
"we'll have to fix that"
my dude was dying inside lmao
The most beautiful yet honest very honest video I've watched in all of RUclips.. It's mind boggling 🎉
He's back! Arun is back!!!! I have been waiting for your video upload every day
This device is worth no more than 80$. If they were selling it for that I’d buy it. But 700$ is beyond laughable
joke of the day, do have any idea how much computational extensive AI services it is providing at a very low latency. It is not just an Airpod or mp3 that it is worth no more than 80 dollars
now you're going too far , it's worth minimum 300 ( same price as some headphones 😭😂)
@@ibaffled. With that terrible interface it has ain't no way. 80$ is the price 😂. I can do more with a smart watch.
With a subscription service.
This video right here is exactly why I am subscribed to you.
Great and honest work, while still positive, nice And hopeful.
Every question you asked and every point you brought up was spot on.
Keep up the great work!!
Definitely can't see the use for this yet, but maybe in the future. I wasn't keen on wearables when they came out, but then smart rings evolved and now I've had one on my finger every day for the last year
smart rings? i have to look into that
17:39 i like the foreshadowing of the next video here. Love you arun
It is funny watching the CEO look worried when it messes up. 😂
5:12 i did not know you can speak hindi with a british accent 😂
5:02 " namaste imran aapke mil ke bahut khushi hui" bro 💀💀

Was that correct grammar? Please respond
I don't understand your reaction

The best part is the honest feedback on how to improve the concept. It's sometimes annoying to hear people criticize something without offering suggestions. Someone is going to take that feedback and execute on the smart pin concept.
Agreed with Arun, glad that providing a detailed unbiased review based on your perspective.
its good to see similar product released in-related to AI.
This dude makes the best content! Props to Arun and the team!
It had to be said, thank you for your honesty. Great detailed video
