The Morpher's aren't the only place the shows use the toys for. From Zords to weapons. They had to use the toys to accomplish the job.

I specifically remember those scenes from In Space, where they'd alternate between the toy and prop of the blaster in the same scene lol

I never minded it especially since you see so many miniature models, practical effects in the show. It's what makes Tokusatsu well Tokusatsu.
I also don't mind it that much when they use toys as opposed to the actual Sentai props in PR especially when often times they can't feasibly afford them, as long as they don't make it super obvious frequently, or all the time. Maybe you could a Top Ten video that involves moments of when we see things Power Rangers viewers weren't meant to see in the Super Sentai footage whether Japanese actors, buildings, animals, etc. Once again great video!
To me that's always a fun game to see what toys at the using for the props
In terms of both the Ninja Ultrazord and the Shogun Ultrazord, I learned about their toy usage from Linkara's History of Power Rangers series.

I swear I remember an episode of "Power Rangers Zeo" in which the Zeo Megazord is lowered into some kind of underground chamber, and the shot was VERY OBVIOUSLY the toy. Unfortunately, I can't remember the episode in question. Speaking of Zeo, every time the Zeo Ultrazord was formed, I'm pretty sure that they used some form of modified versions of the toys. It's especially noticeable when the Red Battlezord was lowered on the back of Pyramidas, since it had that massive heel piece.
EDIT: I found the episode. It was "Another Song and Dance" and the scene in question occurs as Alpha activates the Zord Evacuation Procedure.
The funny thing is: Kakuranger didn’t have an Ultrazord to begin with.

There's enough space. If the legs are able to clear the size of the Titanus's walls, yes, the Megazord will fit. But not all will fit.
