I have a Compex 6.0. Is it better to use the recovery electrodes or the performance electrodes when using the pre warm up program?
It doesn't matter which electrodes you use. The only thing is that with bigger electrodes you will need maybe some higher intensity level than with smaller electrodes (see video about electrode placement). Just follow the electrode recommendation of the device.

I just got one of those, and how do I know if the intensity isn't too much for me ?
Hi, first of all, the height of the intensity is very individual and depends on different variables. And intensity cannot be too much for you only not efficient. You cannot do anything wrong. In general follow the following rules: for recovery (shaking muscle) programs the intensity must be comfortable. For training (contracting muscle) it must be maximum tolerable and...you must be in control, so you need to hold your body part in 1 position (see also my videos: How to train with Compex). When you go too high in intensity, your body part start to move and you cannot hold it. That's your boundary. I hope that this is the answer you are looking for.
Is the compex wireless(first edition or second one) coach the same as the sp 6 or sp 8 ?
Yes. If you have a Compex wireless (first edition) you have to select “old device” in de coach app. Then he will ask de closest to the current range. Select SP8.0
A lot of issues with the pods falling off body parts when moving. Also people seem to say the wired is stronger

6.0 and 8.0 are very close. Both will do the job. If you’re on a budget than a 6.0 is a very good option!

When you are based in the US you cannot order the EU version.

De Fit 5.0 werkt hetzelfde als de SP8.0 in deze video. Wat snap je niet precies over de werking?
Do you have issues with them falling off? Charging dock issues ?
When the electrodes are worn down or when you sweat a lot, the weight of the modules can pull off the electrodes. In that case we have elastic straps as an accessory for an extra fixation. Charging dock issues are only occurring when people aren't carefully using the docking station. The pins inside the docking can break or pushed in. Personally I have multiple SP8.0's for years and never broke or pushed in a pin. If it happens within warranty time we always replace the charging dock.
