Little gestures go long way only when the necessary things are fulfilled. Speaking from personal Experience you get 5 star treatment only to end up in a shitty airplane. It’s gonna be a huge letdown. First spend on things that actually matter. Then you can add extra stuffs.
People like it when have some helps at the check in counter. Especially for elderly fliers. And you feel sorry for the attendent trying to carry 15 to 20kg bagages.
Airlines have bigger visions. Red carpet is important to make the economy customers feel royal. This is a mindset business. India mei show off and best service both move parallel.
Lol , man otherthan pilot , u mentioned everything !! Carpet , sofa, newer planes etc ..... ! So who gets the plane on-time , who takes care of safe flight ✈️ .... (shout out to the engineers as well)
If you strip things down, then they might not be something one will pay for, but for a while lot of little comforts one might as well pay more, depending on their propensity to spend. I don't mind paying 500 more bucks on Air India because of the food.
But i like travelling in Vistara than Indigo, because of those small gestures. Ofcourse Indigo has not left a single slot for any airline further and hence they can say all these, eventhough they are aware that their seats are designed meant to decrease weight and not for passenger comfort.😅
This is great advice for Indian market because most Indians are not obsessed with luxury as such like the west Yes we would love it but if something is available cheaper is less comfortable we would take that option coz we are well adapted to travel experiences of Mumbai locals, state buses etc. Haha. That's why most basic airlines is still luxury for most Indians😂😂
I will not pay for newer airplane. It costs way more than an older jet. Both get you from A to B in same time. And there is no way I will know unless you tell me this is one year old and not eight year old. Yes i will pay for a comfortable bus journey to the airplane and back
You did an excellent job with Indigo alongside Gangwal and Bhatia. But seriously i am surprised with the unpleasant and bad experience in Akasa. Literally one of the worst airlines. There is reason Indigo is literally a monopoly with 60% market share. Why did you leave sir?
I partially disagree with him he should've picked good examples i would pay extra for a sofa in a bus. What I mean by that is I might not be intrested in spending money on sofa only but it adds an overall value to the service.
Itna Gyan kaise peel lete hai Customer ko kuch nahe chaiye bus uske pass Paisa hai tho wo time pass k liye shopping kar rahe hai uske pass Paisa nahe hai tho wo EMI leke shopping kar rha hai Customer k aage let jao wo kuch nahe dega Customer ko source of income banao wo jhak mara kar apke pass aayega bhe kharidega bhe or pyar k fo bol bhe bolega
People pay for experience. Each thing add to experiences be it carpet, glass in which serve water, smile on the faces of air hostess. Every fucking thing.
If an airline treats me well. I will make sure I travel in that airlines at all times. Little gestures go a long way and create a good impression.
Yes, little gestures that I care about and doesn't cost hefty for him or me is a win-win
If they charge more for that like the difference in ticket I good enough you will choose cheaper version
India has unfortunately not reached that stage quite yet.
Unless they have a full boeing fleet(if it's boeing ,I ain't going)

Still looking for the guy to clean my spectacles 😂.
Absolutely agree. Deccan airlines had got it right first in India. Captain Gopinath was a visionary. Now indigo and others are following Suit
I do agree... but what you are saying over simplifying quality 😊
i wont pay for newer airplane specially if its from boeing. If its boeing , I ain't going
True. Watch safety check blunder in flying beast
I'm not paying with my time @@dumpsocial007

Hey bsc guy, why does your trimmer not have a charging plug, but only has a usb cable ? Just include the damn plug as well na.
Buy wired one these battery one are really annoying. Which one do you use
Why you use their trimmers. Just buy it from any electronics makers like Philips or Dyson
Lol , man otherthan pilot , u mentioned everything !! Carpet , sofa, newer planes etc ..... ! So who gets the plane on-time , who takes care of safe flight ✈️ .... (shout out to the engineers as well)
Bro told safety and got all boeing 737 max aeroplane
Wha Bhai wha 😂😂😂
What's the option
Talk if you know things don’t blabber around , all the airplanes they have are airbus no Boeings at all
Very simple but very powerful insight.
I am paying for cramped knees and the middle row 😂
It’s like saying you won’t pay for an iPhone because all you need to do is to make a call which can be done from even Nokia 3300.
And also this are one time expenses..

True you are right. But will you keep using vistara if they provide seats like indigo with premium price you pay for it?
Great insight!

Well observed ❤
Carpet can be sold but only as an addon not as an exclusive service.
I am willing to pay for good cushion on the seats - but you pulled that off so you can save on fuel on Indigo 😁

"People are willing to pay for safety?"
I highly doubt this especially in India.
What an absolute joke indigo flights are at least three hours late in the past six months
He's the CEO of Akasa Air. I've never seen a red/blue carpet in front of any check in counter in India tho.
@@iamshreyghe was IndiGo CEO for the longest time
He moved to Akasa only recently at founding time, because of how well he ran IndiGo
Tho Bhai Naya plane lele or udh ja 😅
He is talking about Kingfisher airlines

Absolutely 💯…
But I think this will change eventually as people have started to spend extra on comfort and luxury.
Good that he is no longer the CEO
If I get good shaves from a razor, I will repeat buy the same. Gillette gives me good shaves I repeat purchase it.
He is don of Aviation industry 🫡🫡
Kano model at its best
I will also pay for a flatbed
I will pay for good service and flights on time so work on that chapri hitman
I will not pay for newer airplanes XD
Sensible guy..
Just like I won’t pay for the useless Bombay shaving co products
This is lean basically
Bhai kuch samjh aaya toh muje bhi bata dena.
Who made this guy CEO? Wtf is he talking about?
I remember him from Indigo aka inter globe aviation. Later he joined Oyo. I have met him in person
😅
😂🎉... BS... People pay for luxury.
Because people are ethical and not like Bombay company and mint money unethical ways and unethical advertisement of child.
