I like to think that Bowser's minions are aware of how badly Mario spiralled after Peach broke up with him, which is why that goomba and that koopa don't actually harm him
The moment I saw "Speedrun" in the title, I set the speed of this video to 2 times faster.

Actually the smb1 record is 4:54 seconds and the smb3 record is 3:00 flat.
So he's either 38 seconds to 2 minutes faster.
To think about Peach and Bowser as a couple It's funny and messed up at the same time lol.

After mario and luigi go into the sewers, mario accidentally breaks a few pipes, filling the room with smoke. Mario starts having seizures and was sent to a nearby hospital.
Mario wakes up.
"Luigi...? What happened? I was in the mushroom kingdom and then..." mario says.
"Mario? You were having seizures and yelling things like "toad", "peach" and more weird stuff, brother, your vocal cords are broken and you sound high pitched and... whats-a mushroom kingdom?" Luigi says.
Mario realizes whats real.
"I-i... how much are the hospital bills?" Mario says.
"Well, it was a lot, so i had to abandon our plumber job, we weren't paid very well to be honest, and besides, that spike guy kindly offered me to go back into working for him. So yeah, welcome to real life bro, i'm glad to have you back." Luigi says, he leaves the room. Mario is staring at the ground shocked for a minute.

What? The Mario film was great and so was Prat. I'll admit that I was worried he didn't have the range for the role but he nailed it. The only part of the movie that sucked was being forced to listen to Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong. Every single Dorkly video is 10 times funnier than he will ever be.
For reference- The reason people went to see the Mario film was because it was a Mario film and it was completely safe for children to watch. The latter part is why Super Mario Brothers absolutely wiped the floor with Disney. It had nothing to do with Pratt or Jack Black.
