    We tried millet idli dosa batter many times. We mix and match multiple millets and/or soya.We feel full for 4-5 hours after eating this.👌

    Is millet dosa same as sama rice which one uses for fasting too ??
    And can we use any kind of boiled rice like stale rice, fried rice for fermentation ??

    Thank you for another wonderful option Nisa didi.
    I suffer from a cyst in my uterus and since it's benign I want to avoid operation hence I've been following your pcod recommendation in that I have reduced gluten based products in my diet. I have found that it works like a charm in pain management so THANK YOU.
    If there is anything specific for uterine cyst please share it coz most naturopathy solutions focus on ovarian cyst.

    Thanks a lot. I believe we can replace little millet with any other millet to make similar idlis?
    Also if after grinding we mix curd and eno and make instant idli, will it be equally nutritious?

    Hello . I tried to make it per your instructions. The only change I did was add poha instead of cooked rice, but the dosa/ idly did not come well. I used amaranth.. any suggestions?

    Thank you for a another wonderful recipe. The idlis look so tempting. So white and fluffy. In place of adding a handful of cooked rice, what can be added because I am totally off rice and don't cook it at all as I am diabetic.

    Hi Nisha...your recipes are very nutritious and you give a detailed nutrition explanation of the ingredients used.I tried this idli recipe with little millet. My idli didn't turn white as yours. It had the color of littlet millet. Can you pls share the brand of little millet that you are using.

    Awesome. Can I use poha in place of cooked rice while grinding?
    I add salt after fermentation.Salt slows down the fermentation. I live in Hyderabad.
