I already tried dosa and its coming out very well, now i hv to try it out idli which is healthy and favourite Breakfast. One doubt is that while grinding its becoming watery despite taking care of mixing water less, however after fermentation its becoming thick as per yr video. I am from the catering trade..and got fair knowledge about how to make normal idlis...Thank you
