    Pouring water slowly is more essential. I did a mistake initially tried fir second time it's come out awesome

    Immediately tried... It's amazing and very tasty.... Thank you so much. My father is diabetic and we can't give him wheat or rice dosa.... Only jawar, bajra and ragi we have to give. My father loved this dosa with green chutney

    Ma’am, wonderful and easy recipe for a very nutritious meal. However, even after 5 min, there are still some parts that are not cooked very well. Is that normal ? I am using jowar flour made from sprouted jowar. Will that make any difference?

    Mam.. I use to make Jowar roti after seeing ur receipe.. In that, u have mentioned that Jowar needs to be added to boiling water , rest, knead and make roti... But here with normal temp water.. Could you plz tell me the difference and the use of adding it to boiling water...

      Jowar does. Not have gluten ..adding boiling water makes it pliable and.roll like roti

      1. If jowri flour is fresh less than 7days old, you can use normal water to kned, it wont break.
      2. If jowari flour is older, adding hot water to knead helps binding.
      -- better to add warm water, it helps to knead properly. Makes & keeps bhakris sift

    Hi Ma'am
    When we use the whole grain we usually soak it to reduce the phytic acid content (since this causes bloating, gas etc).
    Doesn't that apply to the flour as well ?, especially the instant version.
    I asked this because I observed that I felt bloated and developed gas on the days I consumed instant dosa/ cheela made from gluten free grain/seed flour. But it is not the case when I pre soak or ferment.
    Please clarify

      U can use diary curd also. Vegan curd means with plant based products like cashews, badam...

    Came to know that mango leaves are good for diabetics. Do you know how to cook them? But i haven't even seen mango leaf being sold in any supermarket or any mall. Do u have to info?
