You solved my problem about taking bajra in winter reasons recipes. I was too much upset coz I was not getting practiced trained to result soft bajra roti and finally I prepared bajra but with winters recipes reasons for my mom and she well understanding my inability of bringing results as good soft bajra roti simply took me at ease and had the same hard rotis in her meal time without feeling offended. And today when I shared your way of making bajra idlis, dosa, many more she simply felt so good about it coz we never had anything of such ways with bajra anytime in our meal preparation practices throughout our lives...this really lot big amount of relief I recieved about my bajra roti makings efforts. Thanks 🙏
Very tasty recipe. I tried the recipe with Pearl millet flour, readily available in the Indian market. I have also tried your cucumber and rice dosas. Loved it. Will try dosas of fox tail millets as well.

Hi ..I use all these millets in flour form..n some other available millets flour ..mix all...1 serving ladle of each Flour...add water...to a very thin consistency.....nt as thick as dosa batter..add salt n moringa leaves...n keep aside for 20-30 min...n make dosas...your healthy instant dosa is ready....

Hello ma'am .l was looking for such recipes.luckly today i got it. My question is ; i have bajra flour(ata) ,so can i use it after grinding both lantils? Pls do answer me. Greetings and respect from pakistan
Wow!! Your dosas look yummy and must taste even more yummy. But I had a question about coconut chutneys. Much as we love them with our idlis and dosas but isn't too much of coconut supposed to be bad for cholesterol?? Also isn't it fattening??
My mother is allergic to all souring agents but Amla. hv been making Amla chutney since almost a decade. we also make amla chola all sorts of recipes including kadi .😁👍
I tried today for dinner. It turned out perfect as shown in vedio. My family loved it too much. Thank you for sharing this healthy as well as tasty recipe👌👍
Mam where do you get your utensils like takda bowl and iron tawa? If you can share the links for your healthy utensils would be great!! Thank you so much for sharing all healthy recipes !!🙏
This all looks very healthy 💕 I just have some concerns about oxalates both in the bajra and in the amla. Soaking reduces phytic acid but not oxalates.
Thank you for providing excellent recipes accompanied with educational nutritional facts. I have learned a lot from your videos. I have a request. Please provide information on how and when to control the heat/gas flame while making dosas on an iron skillet. I purchased the exact cast iron skillet recommended by you and seasoned it per your instructions. However, the batter sticks to the skillet. I think it is because I don't know how to control the heat. In your demonstrations you always say that the cast iron skillet must be hot and apply sesame oil. After that you say nothing about lowering to medium or medium-high or leaving it on high when batter is poured and spread out and also while it is cooking. Please do respond. Thank you in advance.
You will know it with practice. It is difficult to explain all these nuances. Once the tawa is hot and you apply oil, reduce it to lowest and then spread the batter. Keep the flame in medium for some time, till you see slight brownish shade in the dosa, reduce the flame again and flip it over. Hope this helps. But I don't think this is the reason for dosa sticking to tawa. It could be something with the seasoning. Just guessing
You are my health professor. I love the way you present the topic. I am enjoying your food with my entire family
