Спасибо, лучшее видео! Но у меня вопрос - в ручке с 4 иглами проверять поток нужно при каждом использовании новой иглы, или только вначале использования ручки, однократно? Спасибо🙏
Thank you for your question! You do not need to prime (check the flow, as you've described it) the pen before each injection, only the first time that you insert a new needle.
after my first use I cannot reset the pen to load it for my second dose, it won't go past zero, I also have my pen for next month at the higher dose, can I use that pen with the lower dose amount?
@@watkinsmetabolic yes probably a new faulty pen, luckily another RUclips video showed me how to use the higher dose pen counting clicks, I will see my pharmacist, thanks for the response, love your channel.
If the pen is 2.4 how do you find the half way mark as my dr has set it up like that to help with finances so I use half dose each time. But there is no mark on the pen to show half way.
The biggest problem with your ideas when you took the plastic cap off for the needle you couldn't see the needle projecting from the plastic housing I caught it about 30 seconds later I could see the needle actually sticking out so you have to put a different background behind it when you pull up plastic cap off to show the people that their needle is exposed okay that was the program
"... in your skin" Really? That's what you think people want to be sure of? I'm guessing the objective is to string people along to get your views up. Okay, whatever. You got me - I watched two videos. I'll be obtaining the actual information I need elsewhere.
Sure, this medication is not meant to go into a muscle, or a vein - I'm sorry, I mean vessel 🤦♂️. But, if it were, how would you accomplish either without "sticking the needle into into your skin"? More importantly, and worse yet, if you know this medication is not meant to go into a muscle, or a vein, why not tell people to avoid injecting directly over a muscle, or a vein? Maybe you should watch the videos that actually show where to inject, and tell people that? Or, better yet, if you don't know, start with that, so people don't waste their learning how to inject into a piece of cardboard.
@@MJLiptak the needle is not long enough to be intramuscular. This educational device (which is not made of cardboard) is provided by Novo Nordisk specifically to show patients how the needle works and how the medication deploys. We have a separate video showing where in the body to inject if you are not sure. Pretty sure I am familiar with the technique ;) Best of luck!!

Thank you so much! 😊
Thanks you 😊
What happens if I forget to check the flow and go straight to the dose with a new pen. Did anything come out anyway?
Yep, should be fine!
What happens if you forgot to hold down and just clicked the bottom on the top. Does that mean no medicine was injected?
@@Arielleschoolrule you may not have gotten the full dose, but most of it likely was injected if the dose indicator returned to zero

@@brownekevable very odd. Sounds like if it was a new pen, it is faulty. I would check with your pharmacist to see how it is working.

@@brownekevable great! Yes, many just count clicks on the larger dose pen, especially if they do not have insurance coverage, as it saves money!
