I lost 50lbs. on the highest dosage of Wegovy before plateauing. I then switched to Mounjaro and after a year I’ve since lost an additional 10lbs. on the highest dosage. Before starting anything I was 250lbs. and I’m now 190lbs. as of today, 10/6/24…I’ve been on 1000mg Metformin the entire time with an A1C of around 6.0
2mg of Ozempic (semaglutide) is still slight less than Wegovy (semaglutide 2.4mg) so if you extrapolate from the results it will probably be just under the efficacy of Wegovy and also the higher doses of Mounjaro
Please help me here I got ADHD and my Dr gave me bupropion but I ask for Adderall and bupropion is not doing anything to me So what do I have to tell my Dr Adderall is what I need !
Is it possible that Mourjano will work better for me than we wegovy? I went up to the top titration rate of wegovy for 8 weeks and didn’t lose anything (no side effects of reduced appetite) I have started on mournjano 2.5 mg but again no side-effects no appetite suppression so naturally I’m a bit concerned about spending even more money or could I just be one of those people that doesn’twork for? Would appreciate some guidance.
For the individual person you will just have to try and see which one works better, if Wegovy has not done anything at maximum dose it is still possible that Mounjaro may provide a better effect.

What do you think about the new 2 ml dose for Ozempic? It seems to boost weight loss by an extra 10%. Does this new dosage outperform Manjaro?
