Why woud PS5 need emulation?
It's not like there are games that locked in that console. Most PS5 Game coming to PC anyway 😂

Regardless of there ever is a ps5 emulator, even if all ps5 games were on PC maybe decades from now phones may be powerful enough and have enough storage to run them cause it doesn't look like Game devs are gonna port PC games to android anytime soon
