She was in the right here. After watching the video it took me by surprise that some people defended this reckless queue jumper. He was driving on the wrong side of the road (oncoming traffic). So he had no right of way as in a double lane road. And she had the blinker set, indicating her intention to change the lane. Had this been a driving school situation, she would have been reminded to always check the mirror twice before changing lane and he would have failed the test completely. That wasn’t only reckless but also dangerous behaviour.
How is she is the right? She is the one who is changing lanes. Even if the person in that lane originally started in the same lane behind her, once that person moved over, they had the right of way.
Although he was not right for getting out of his car, she was the one in the wrong the whole time. First of all she shouldn't be on the fucking phone while she's driving. Secondly if she wasn't on the phone maybe she wouldn't have been distracted when she tried to pass the bus and almost hit the Mercedes that had already started to go around. Then to top it all off she leans on her horn like a crazy person, but of course doesn't think to hang up the fucking phone because her phone call is just so very important. You can hear her put the indicator on, pretty much at the same time she manoeuvred. By which time the other car was committed to over take, almost passing her door. The key is in the name, indicate. It infuriates me, especially on the bike, that drivers think its ok to fire the indicator on and commence the manoeuvre at the same time. In this case, she pulled out into overtaking traffic…. So if the Benz had already stopped to let the first car merge, the Benz is now clear to go, and the car behind the Benz is now next to allow this lady to merge. Here it appears she cut off the Benz instead of waiting for him to pass and merge in behind him.

She indicated as she pulled out, not enough time, the bloke was already passing. Some drivers believe indicating gives you the right to pull out, not so, you still have to check it can be done safely.
All cars in that lane were very clearly passing the stopped bus. It doesn't take a genius to guess that the next car in line is also preparing to manoeuvre round it as well, which she also was good enough to *indicate*. You can hear her put the indicator on, pretty much at the same time she manoeuvred. By which time the other car was committed to over take, almost passing her door.
The key is in the name, indicate. It infuriates me, especially on the bike, that drivers think its ok to fire the indicator on and commence the manoeuvre at the same time. In this case, she pulled out into overtaking traffic…. Whilst on her phone.
