Yes the stairs are called Fishbone, Floating and Single Stringer; the rare ones are curved-- this type of stairs was also done in late 50s. New modernist homes and offices get this type of staircase. It does have a lot of 70's and early 80's wallpaper. That could have been a getta-way shaft with the ladder. With that single-pane glass, that big room had to been cold. If those currents got washed they would shred. They didn't re-enforce that concrete that's why its cracking and falling away.

That exact tile in that bathroom is what My Mom and I installed in our bathroom that us kid's used in our house she bought in summer of 1968 and sold Dec 1976. The tile was installed in the time around 1973 or '74.

Those are “floating stairs”, as they were called. They were popular in the 1970’s, possibly making it a giveaway, as to when the house 🏠 was built (somewhere close). Again, your friend, Jeff.

Great explorer Noah this place gives me the creeps something creepy about it from the looks of it it was a cheap throw together place I mean the concrete is cracking because it didn't reinforce it you can see that in the upstairs fireplace it's just like they used whatever they could get their hands on and nothing matched there was no flow it was obviously unskilled labor that built this place they didn't have a clue what the hell they were doing. Even if it was completed I don't think it would have lasted that long because it was so cheaply done and half-assed.

that room key is a livestock identification tag. Usually used on cows or sheep. I'm pretty sure I know where you were, and it's not far from me. Not a lot to laugh about if you knew the story behind it!

Ya after watching your video , I seen how old the work was on the foundation . Yes my uncles dad did all that work him self . He was a work aholic and started stuff and never finished it . He owned a few business too . He had cows there to . I never went in the house but was around the outside all the time . Ya his plans if finished would have made a nice mansion . He died around 10 years ago , so it has not been abandon that long . Awesome property . He was a world war 2 veteran who did it all . I am almost 52 and it look the same as when I was young . Ya wild I am glad you went there like I said I never been inside cool very cool . Ya talked to my mom and the owner my uncles dad lived with his girl friend in the city the last ten years prior to death . So ya its been not lived in for 20 years .
