👍 Good one Noah, I like to think whoever did the concrete work did have access to a shoe factory. At 4:22 appears to me to be a springhouse turned into a child's playhouse, notice the wallpaper. Thanks for the tour of the house AND it's outbuildings! 🤠👍 (I've been subscribed to RP Explorations since he was real little. 🤭😉)
The reverence you have for family photos and slides is so heartwarming. This was a lovely home. I hope it doesn't get demolished, but I hope it can be fixed up and find new life too.
Hi Noah. I agree with you that these old farm homes are just getting bulldozed for ugly cracker cutter houses or even worse high density apartments. I bet this place originally had acres of land that got sold of the past couple decades, then the home itself got cut up into weird apartments. It was hard to imagine what it originally looked like, but seeing the built ins throughout, the beautiful original windows, fireplace etc definitely showed the beauty of it. That little bathroom for the outside was weird but actually a great idea for little kids running in & out when playing outside. Believe me, we have 9 grandkids, & when they’re all over & we’re outside for the pool, that would definitely come in handy😂Take care Noah
Hi Noah They turned this beautiful farmhouse into a boarding house. They probably needed money so thats why they closed up some walls and some of the doors had numbers on them. It’s a nice size piece of property and some cool outbuildings. There are a lot of nice features in this house. Cool explore Noah. Thanks for bringing us along with you. I’m glad you didn’t go there alone. Stay safe and well.👍🏠😊
Very interesting place. Where did 5 tenants park??? Lots of bits and pieces salvaged to use. Some really nice. Some not so much. 70s, 80s and early 90s all smushed together. Surprised you said it didn’t smell musty. Two layers of carpet over vinyl? Yikes. How many stories could this place tell in all of its versions. This one is would love to know the history. Thanks for sharing.
This house is thr biggest hodge- podge of eras, styles, fixtures and spaces. Its crazy!! I have to say that the original house may have been charming, but all of the random stuff drives me crazy! Ilove old farm houses too.😅😂 Thanks for the share!
Love to see older unique homes. So many odd corky designs/architecture.Makes it interesting & fun.Reminded me of the odd yet beautiful Winchester house♡ thank you for taking us with you on this great explore!
Interesting place. That mess of rooms upstairs is what happens when someone decides to turn a big old house into apartments with no real thought to the livability of those apartments. I have lived in several situations like that, always an adventure. Thanks, Noah and friends
Those are shoe last put into the concrete; shoe last are used to make shoes and boots. That was an odd and strange place to a toilet, unless they had a above ground pool at one time. yeah watch your step ! The woodwork in the entry was nice, sad it was covered in paint. Cool explore. Keep Orange Crushing It!
The spindles on the fireplace are called lind spindles or lauralind spindles ,i forget the other name of the design of the spindles but they are a classic name.
Weird house. Please be careful Noah. Opening the fridge is a big no no. Gross! Love the old farmhouses too, especially the stone foundations. So cool. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Im happy that Noah that you don't do these abandoned house tours all by yourself. You never know what could happen to you if something happens to you. Like spraning your ankle or the ceilings come down upon you. You never know what could happen to you doing these by yourself. Stay safe out there doing these amazing abandoned house tours.
The individual buildings remind me of bunk houses, one looking like a kitchen with a pass-through window to the outside at counter-height and frig (maybe a canning kitchen?). The outside communal bathroom makes sense if the property was used to house migrant field workers or for a summer camp for kids.
The shoe makers house is really awesome I think maybe the man build a lot of it his self and well taken care of but the part where you had to bend your neck and your head was hitting the roof was built for the children maybe so the children could have there own part of the house too I believe that's why they did that for the little kids
People are under the impression a place has to be left empty for paint to peel. I have lived in the house I am renting for over five years... and the kitchen ceiling paint is starting to peel. In my opinion, maybe cheap paint.
Maybe the “outhouse” was for the little guesthouses. They sure had some strange angles in that house. The first kitchen downstairs is a nightmare! You could do microwave cooking in it and not much else. Sad that it’s being torn down.
That room where the front door is used to be the porch. The guy who owned this place never threw anything away. Probably did most of the work himself over decades. That house has been added onto a LOT! So sad how much time and energy will just be erased..
*Very cool house but unusually done.* I would definitely slam my head in that one shower/bathroom, somebody would have to rescue me cuz I'd be passed out on the floor after banging my head. *This one caught my attention and had my attention throughout the whole video, harder than usual.* There was something about that house it grabbed my attention. *Good vibes, spooky vibes, all at once.*
I am sure that house has hardwood floors . You can find out how old it is by looking up the tax records . Usually you just have to google the address city and county .
It is the house and the square footage of land it sits on plus an acre of land. This house is too big for it to be sitting on just one acre of land in total. There is at least an acre of land surrounding the house itself. I would say the entire lot is close to 3 acres of land in total.
It was a much smaller, re-situated home that probably dates back to the 1920s, possibly earlier, in Victorian farmhouse construction, would be my guess. The arts & crafts movement was coming in strong around then. I see Craftsman clean lines, but also a lot of grandeur in the woodwork on the walls and trim. It would have been incredibly beautiful wood before someone decided to paint it out. That kills me. I also see additions from later decades that I assume were added to suit their intended use of the home. The linoleum flooring probably is original and I would bet the kitchen used to be situated in that portion of the house. Linoleum has been around since mid 1800s and was very fashionable. Nothing like what we know today as vinyl flooring. I would love to restore that home back to what it was built to be. So sad that they’re tearing down history for the sake of a dollar. 11:56
Noah, This wNoah, This was a great find I really enjoyed this one!!! Thanks for taking us along!! Stay safe and have fun!! What state are you from Noah?? I get sooo tickled when you call bathrooms washrooms!!! Are you from the North or another Country? Thanks for your tours love your tours keep up the good work!!
This is one unique looking home and property. Too bad it will face the bulldozer one day. Basement is kinda creepy. Yes spiders are nasty. Yuck. Great explore Noah. 😊😊 P.S. the shoes in the masonry is kinda odd
If they were running multiple apartments in that building the two meters you show is not legal. By law they should have a electric meter for each unit and a owner's meter for common areas, hallways and outdoor lights?
I wish i had some of those nice lacy green curtains. It would be a waste to be destroyed with the house.alot of antique things and fictures that could go to good use.
The covered up Door may have been like a small closet for towels and such (in the hallway) that they took out to make a bigger bedroom? . Just my guess Beautiful home though!!!
Noah, you gotta go on a diet so you will stop going through the floors! Lol I love you kid and you don't need to diet! Loved the video as always! Please stay safe!
While I love 70s and 80s interiors a lot, this is too much of a mishmash of weird colours and styles to be anything in particular - some of the colour/material clashes are downright awful. The many outbuildings are interesting, really get the vibe that a commune was living there somehow. Great explore - and remember don’t open fridge doors! Lol
👍

I definitely believe you on that one. Where did all the shoes come from? Strange but not too common!!
Thanks John! It's very possible they had access to a shoe factory, still seems strange to me tho haha!

Yes, strange to stick em on a wall! 😆
The reverence you have for family photos and slides is so heartwarming. This was a lovely home. I hope it doesn't get demolished, but I hope it can be fixed up and find new life too.
That little kitchen reminds me of my grandmother's kitchen. Almost made me cry. Many wonderful meals came out of that little kitchen. ❤

I agree with all the way!
Awesome video what a weird house
👋 Hello from a 👞 Shoemaker!! Thanks for sharing this unique home

Kinda gives me Winchester mystery house vibes
Yess! That's exactly what I was thinking too
keep the clips coming
That green color was awesome..
Love the room with the two chandeliers and the fireplace! Really pretty!

I agree with you 💯
Yep.. I totally agree. Original house was probably really cool and then a bad do it yourself job to divide it up.
Some loud robins tweeting around there! 😂 I'd like to know why the shoes cemented in the pillars..strange.
Great intro! Very unique home.

*sees Christmas lights outside* Must have been abandoned around Christmas.....haha It's nearly May and I still have my Christmas lights on my house :)
Weird house. Please be careful Noah. Opening the fridge is a big no no. Gross! Love the old farmhouses too, especially the stone foundations. So cool. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Nice and beautiful house, especially the fireplace 👍😎
imagine when this was one big house amazing, crazy lay out to put in apartments, great explore thanks for sharing.
It would have been interesting to see this home in its original condition. Thanks for sharing another unusual place
The Avenue of Trees is fantastic.. what a waste! Thanks any way for showing us. here's hoping they at least save pieces from the place
Im happy that Noah that you don't do these abandoned house tours all by yourself. You never know what could happen to you if something happens to you. Very interesting.
I only counted four units two per floor.
Hey Noah! Beautiful old home! Thanks for showing us!!
Great job on the video Noah! Thanks for the shout-out! 🍻
I appreciate that man! Thanks again for the help with this one!
Very unique house…parts I liked and some I didn’t. I hate to see woodwork painted over, takes away character!! Thanks for sharing!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖
The individual buildings remind me of bunk houses, one looking like a kitchen with a pass-through window to the outside at counter-height and frig (maybe a canning kitchen?). The outside communal bathroom makes sense if the property was used to house migrant field workers or for a summer camp for kids.
that was really neat, loved the wood trim 👌
The shoe makers house is really awesome I think maybe the man build a lot of it his self and well taken care of but the part where you had to bend your neck and your head was hitting the roof was built for the children maybe so the children could have there own part of the house too I believe that's why they did that for the little kids
Awesome find as usual! Thanks for sharing you explores!
Did you every think of servants quarters instead of guesthouses and outside commode for the maybe
You can find dates on the inside window frame to find dates of construction.
People are under the impression a place has to be left empty for paint to peel. I have lived in the house I am renting for over five years... and the kitchen ceiling paint is starting to peel. In my opinion, maybe cheap paint.
Yep! that's happening to the house my family and I have lived in for 20 years, and we've also dealt with black mold!
You are easily impressed. That house was ruined long before it became abandoned and derelict. Consider its demolition a mercy killing
Very strange, but super fun! I loved every minute of this!
That half bath outside was for kids and probably groundskeeper and workers.
It reminds me of the house from Coraline.
How sad that it is going to be destroyed 😕
So make it into apartments most people can’t afford. It’s beautiful like this.
Maybe the “outhouse” was for the little guesthouses. They sure had some strange angles in that house. The first kitchen downstairs is a nightmare! You could do microwave cooking in it and not much else. Sad that it’s being torn down.
I was thinking the same. anything to bring in extra money. i used to see this a lot back in the 70's
What an oddity.
That room where the front door is used to be the porch. The guy who owned this place never threw anything away. Probably did most of the work himself over decades. That house has been added onto a LOT! So sad how much time and energy will just be erased..
Apartments remember that why the rooms are cut down
Maybe their last name was Shoemaker, to boot! Lol. Good find, Noah! Love that we are the Nowhere Crew now!
Canadian GEEEEESE
Wt an idea 💡... Shoes in pillars of the house 👌👌
Love that house it is amazing.
Random windows inside could mean they were once outside wall windows? Before all the add ons.
Watched your tour, you covered the outside more than the other guy which I appreciate. Thank you.
Birds all singing .I love old houses so sad they dint keep it from getting like this
😂 so sad. That money goes to waste it’s so beautiful
So sad it's going to be destroyed. It's built so much better than houses these days, it could be so cool if it was renovated and restored
I agree with you!!!. It can still be ren!ted to the less fortunate or rest home. Ild hate to see it get knocked down.
Big house with way too many small spaces --- Debbie & Tiffany
Wow. Such a shame. Nice old character on this house. By the way your looking on 🔥 Noah! Very cool hair! 🥰🥰🥰

Looks cool so far i think the outhouse tells you how old the place is it was probably primitive and they updated it
I agree with you 💯
Is that so?!!

Beautiful old wood upstairs. A real. Shame to knock it Down.
This one sure hurt my brain cells 🤣
Sad there should be a way to protect them
I have that same shelf paper in my house. I live in Maine lol too 🤣
That house is most likley 1930s to 1940s.
Where the door is sealed, it looks like it was a closet door. There was an addition built on. I'm pretty sure.
"How can they tear this down?" Very easily! Unless you have $100,000's of dollars to fix it up, and the means to continue the maintenance!
I'm pretty sure I saw on another explorers video of this place that it was a care home!
I just looked this up n it's supposedly in Green Bay Wi, about 2 hrs from where I live
really like the stone pillars on driveway
pathway is better more pillars
shoes pillars are not attractive but unique
Anybody know what city this is?
Really cool 😎🆒 place it was a custom home 🏡🏘️ it was pretty odd
With all the weird rooms/closets...odds are its last use was a rooming house
Noah, you gotta go on a diet so you will stop going through the floors! Lol I love you kid and you don't need to diet! Loved the video as always! Please stay safe!
i would like to meet you someday i live in north dakota my fiance is also a big fan we watch every video when we get a chance
Sup from Kentucky❤

God, I hate when they tear down beautiful home to build some boring and souless apartment complex...
Add on to the add on to the add on
They are actually shoe lasts. They’re forms the shoes are made around.
Oh 👌
Vandals maybe
The property won't be beautiful once all the trees are gone and a apartment complex goes up.
How old is this house?
Saw this place with another explorer and ket me say the charm stop's on the outside. The inside is just a odd chopped up mess with no charm.
Noah Strong💪💪💪🏆🏆🏆🏆🥇🥇🥇⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟🌟🌟🦋🦋🦋
