Dan, you know it's okay if you're not okay. We struggle all our lives, everyone has their own problems and addictions. And yes, the most difficult thing is to be honest with yourself and to be honest with the people who are close to you. And working on yourself is a never-ending story. Keep strong mate ive been trying to stop drinking losing most of my family in a space of 6 months was really hard for me im still drinking but i don't get pissed up like my brother matty life is hard and you have to be strong
Watching this was a little upsetting Dan especially knowing the big hearted soul you are, much love, healing and prayers, being sent your way. Everyday can be a struggle but everyday you will also learn something new about your own resilience and character, keep on picking yourself up when those thoughts try to push you down and fight for the man you are becoming ✨🙏🏽 x
