What seize Of patty this press Make 3"4"or5 plz Help me
The patty size is 4 1/2". Make sure you go with a larger size patty paper than that to account for the thickness.

It's just lamb mixed with turkey. A little lighter in color than beef, and delicious. Never had a turkey burger?
That and the color temperature on the camera seems to be a little off...
