Was glad I bought the 5 album box set which includes the 'Live at the Royal Albert Hall' album a few years ago. This certainly rekindled my liking for The New Seekers.
This song was on the 2nd album I bought as a kid! Gee whiz, a whole man's life's lying between these so very wonderful tunes and today --- hard to believe, hard to believe! Man, wasn't that just yesterday?!

Remember Eve via parents @ Cragie Post Office (Jack & Jean Beatson.). Truly beautiful people.
One of the best bands ever...
I was at that concert. Eve Graham had the most gorgeous voice. I love that I grew up with this fabulous music.
Beautiful voice with no vocal gymnastics, just lovely singing from Eve Graham.
Beautiful tune with Eve Graham's subtle understated vocal really makes this.
Kudos to Melanie Safka who also wrote look what they've done to my song .

Eve Graham wonderful singer!
they are actually truly accomplished!
Great song with an egalitarian message.
They were all beautiful people but Marty Kristian was the most beautiful inside and out and the best dressed.

Written and originally sung by Melanie Safka.
This song was written by Melanie?
Did Judith write this song? I remember another vocalist, Melanie, who also sang this.
Always good to hear a Melanie Safka song covered, but not patch on the original
